Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I am super happy with the service and attention I received from Guillermo and Michael at Yonkers Kia. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Kia vehicle. Overall a good reliable 3-row SUV, with a comfortable ride, decent trip mileage, and good acceleration (good power train. Negatives are a poorly designed A/C condensor (Rocks kicked up will punture it releasing all the coolant) and very high wind noise at freeway speeds (hard to talk, radio has to be turned up very high).

Simply AMAZING! It was my first time signing a lease and Greg made the whole process so easy breezy! He is an all around amazing person and employ. Super friendly and kind. He gave me the greatest deal I could ever imagine! I feel beyond blessed to have had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Greg! HIGHLY recommend this place and Greg specifically. Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

Tommy the lot attendant greeted me in a friendly manner, and helped me with a minor problem. We had a chuckle as well. Michelle greeted me warmly, addressed my concerns about a tire issue, escorted me to the lounge area, and said she would text me with updates. Lori and I had a nice chat before I settled into the lounge. Michelle came to get me to talk to the tech Adrien who reassured me about my tire concern. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful of my concerns. I cannot imagine better service anywhere.

JR Castillo - Toyota North Austin got in the perfect vehicle. It fits my whole family. It has space for my soccer mom items. The quality and care provided to me by JR was exceptional! The whole experience was like a ride on the park, easy with JR.

My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. Toyota value unmatched. I want the new twin turbo 3.5 they just added

Sean was friendly, honest, and not pushy at all. I told him what i was looking for and he showed me availabilities in my price range, giving me the pros and cons of each. Left the final decision up to me. From that point on, he took care of everything else, title, transfer of registration and plates. The car was detailed and given a final inspection. We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

This service experience was much better than previous visits there. I noticed when I got home that the tech said that the wiper blade were inspected and in good condition but my rear wiper blade is literally shredded. Makes me doubt that it was checked at all

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

I purchased my 2022 Kia Sorrento Hybrid last week. Karol Sanchez was my sales person and I can't begin to tell you how incredibly nice she was. She was very informative about the car we purchased and answered all of our questions without being pushy. She never made us feel rushed even when we were asking questions about different cars on the lot. Karol was instrumental in us deciding to purchase that day. Luxurious is how I would describe this car! Smooth ride, efficient and a great looking vehicle! It has plenty of room and pretty cool features as well. I live this car and highly recommend it!

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

My wife was looking for a new Corolla in a special color that she wanted and we saw on line that New Rochelle Toyota had one coming in soon. We immediately called and was set up to meet with a sales person. First we met with Marwa Khushbu (Sales) who was extremely helpful and made the purchase very easy. The only problem we had was to orchestrate when we could pick up the car because of our work schedules. Marwa was off on the one day that we had and that was when we met Manny Martinez (Sales) and Ronny Chavez (Finance Manager). Manny and Ronny were excellent and helped us get through the process. I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

My mother recently rented this car for a family vacation to West Virginia and it was amazing! Excellent mileage for an SUV its size. Great performance. Tons of safety features (which is a VERY GOOD thing). Beautiful acceleration. The only problem we had was with the fact that the car will adjust the speed depending on the cars around it (or something like that), but it only happened when cruise control was on. It was overall a very nice car and we are actually planning on purchasing one soon.

I waited months, purposely, before writing this review. When I initially bought the car, I was scared because the reviews made it seem as if I made the worst mistake of my life. 6 months, 7000 miles later, the car running great. In the beginning, there was the weird shifting and lag but as time went on, around 5000 miles it had mostly smoothed out. After I took it for the TSB/Recall for a software update, it has been running perfectly since, no lag or strange shifting at all. I haven’t had any trouble otherwise. It’s roomy and comfortable for long trips. The third row is really for short trips(no more than 1hr 1/2) and for people 5’8 and under. The MPG excels on the highway especially on ECO mode with cruise control. I’ve gotten it as high as 33/34 mpg at 70mph on relatively flat land. In the city, it does terrible. I average around 17-19 even with slowly accelerations. My DTE is 290-310miles, 95% City driving. I’m sure those who use it on the highway will reach much higher. Despite the new 4 Cylinder Turbo, it has quite a bit of power and was able to take off very fast with a car loaded with adults (even in the third row). As of right now, the engine has been nothing but reliable. If anything changes, I’ll surely come back and edit this review. But for now, this 23 Highlander Limited Non-Hybrid, is a fantastic mid-size SUV and I recommend it now with the software update taking care of the shifting problem.

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.
