I recently purchased a Toyota Camry at Rice Toyota and in doing so had an incident with Rice that left me unhappy! You can read what happened at dealerrater.com if interested. I told them they are making a mistake because I was going to purchase a car for my daughter. This past Friday I did just that. My daughter and I traveled to High Point and dealt with Vann York Toyota. We were just looking when a salesman came out and asked if he could help. It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. He was not pushy, didn't act like he had something else to do. He took his time with us and my daughter whose decision it was liked him so Greg sold us a car! We dealt with Rodriguo in the finance office and he was very nice and he did a good job with us. We left happy and my daughter just purchased her first car and I am sure we will be back again! I bought a 2026 RAM 3500 from desoto on October 3rd and it was the best experience I have ever had. Very laid back, no pressure. I went down to take a look at the truck and it was exactly what I wanted, still no pressure to sell. I called back a few times to make sure the truck hadn't been sold and they assured me it had not. When I went down to purchase the vehicle. they had it detailed, gas tank full, and all of that but the reason I will never buy another car from anyone else is the fact that they were up front, extremely friendly. Called me a few times to give me an update. from the sales manager to the receptionist, totally friendly and respectful. I always dress down like short and t shirt when i go to shop and have walked into dealerships, they took one look and said, used cars are over that way. No such thing at Desoto. Gustavo, and Chad took extremely good, nonpressured, care of myself and family while we were there. Not to mention, they had the best price on my vehicle but a bunch, like 8000 a bunch. Dont let anyone tell you differently. if you want a no pressure top of the line car shopping experience, before you settle with the big names around you, please do yourself a favor and look at Desoto. I promise you will never be disappointed.
2018 Toyota Land Cruiser review
I bought my first New Tacoma in 1984 and several more throughout the years then I bought a 2010 Tundra Platinum Edition...that was indeed the best vehicle I’ve ever owned and like most car enthusiast I still keep a Porsche in one stall. I upgraded my 2010 to a 2016 Tundra 1796 Edition and after about 10,000 miles I realized it was 1/2 the truck I had traded in. Being a Toyota fan I traded in the 2016 truck for a 2018 LC and I feel about it the way I felt about the 2010 Platinum Tundra. Everyone has pointed out the only weaknesses I have found...small gas tank and poor gas mileage.

2021 Toyota Land Cruiser review
It’s a special vehicle. I purchased the Heritage Edition trim new in 2021 and In the age of twin turbo V6 and 4 cylinder engines it’s great to drive this naturally aspirated, buttery smooth V8 with old school tech and Toyota Japan built reliability. Poor MPG and it has its quirks but It’s like driving an overbuilt, well engineered bank vault. Comfortable seats, and nice sound system. Great for off roading and weekend getaways.

I came to Autonation Honda Dulles to have service on my 2022 Accord Hybrid Touring. I worked with my service advisor Quintis Mason who was professional and courteous throughout the service visit. Despite the service code which called for possible cabin and engine filter replacement, he and the tech determined it was not necessary saving my money. This gives me great continued trust for this dealership as I have purchased many cars over the years. I would hope that Quintis gets the recognition he deserves for a great customer experience.
2026 Toyota Land Cruiser review
Within a week of purchase, a cheap plastic part breaks and was clearly a poor design. The dealer nor Toyota were concerned. They told me it was my problem, too bad.

2025 Toyota Land Cruiser review
I purchased this car at the end of June 2025 and currently have only 5,000 miles on it. So far I love the Land Cruiser. The interior is very nice, but not especially plush. It is comfortable. The LC handles well, but I haven't taken it off-road, nor have I had to deal with difficult weather conditions. The drawbacks that I see are that it requires premium gas, does not get especially good gas mileage, and the gas tank is small for the size of the vehicle. I have no regrets in buying this vehicle.

2025 Toyota Land Cruiser review
Upgrading from a 5th gen 4runner and I couldn't have a better SUV. Plenty of hybrid power, very smooth transmission, great acceleration and super comfort features and excellent interiors. Premium package is well worth it, especially 360 camera, safety features, and ventilated leather seats. 5000 miles in two months and no regret at all. Toyota nailed it. If you are looking into an upgrade from a 4Runner and any similar midsize SUV, do not hesitate!

2026 Toyota Land Cruiser review
Love my 2026 LC250 Premium. The hybrid gives me so much torque on the low end that I forget it’s a 4cyl. Nice ride, 20 mpg around town. Gas tank limits you to about 320 miles max. Feels large in driver and passenger seats! My only complaint is not enough built in storage.

The service department here is the best! The dealership across the river I bought my new Tuscon Hybrid limited from really dropped the ball and another dealership in Florida tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully. I was thinking we were going to have to lemon law out of the new vehicle we spent months researching and finally purchased because of a wiring harness that was a problem from the factory. Taylor was the 3rd try to remedy it before we gave up on the Hyundai brand. Turns out 3rd time the charm is a saying for a reason...or more likely the Taylor Hyundai service department is just better than the rest and try harder to solve your problems. Now that we love our car again, we will drive across the river for our next Hyundai.
