The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. Thank you Jeannie and team for genuinely exceeding my expectations, by a lot!

Love the design - inside and out. Very peppy, and drives like a dream. The controls are easy to reach. The sound system is great. Test drove a CRV but disappointing compared to a RAV4.

Uncomfortable seats, lousy suspension, diesel is gutless (barely tows a laden box trailer ). Very dated design and poor value for the money. Starter motor destroyed itself (car 9 months old) and after 3 weeks still waiting on parts - been told could be a 6 week wait. Not good enough Toyota!
After receiving the online price, Carlos and I agreed to meet first thing Friday morning. Carlos and the car were ready to go when I arrived. The test drive went well and I was very pleased with the value for my trade in. We closed the deal the same day. I???m very happy to be part of th Toyota family since 2007 and we will be back for our next car purchase.

This car met my all needs. Sufficient room, beautiful car, very comfortable. It has all technical advanced specially I like the blind spot signal etc and very good strong tire and best judgment on road when drive. I recommend this car to all the people.

Have owned a Rav4 before, and it lasted over 300,000 miles. This is a reliable car! The only thing that I have a hard time with is the computer system, and the seat belt and out of lane beeper going off!
Had driven 2 hours to a neighboring dealer under the pretense of buying a pristine 2015 Pathfinder. Got there and found I had been lied to regarding the condition. Called Nationwide and spoke to Bruce Bollino and told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me an honest evaluation of a car on the lot that fit my description of what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, there were no disappointments. Bruce was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the previous dealership down the road. He was honest, courteous, and helpful in every way. We traded in a Subaru Tribeca on the 2015 pathfinder and could not have been more pleased, both with Bruce and the deal itself. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle and an honest salesman who still understands integrity and customer service.

The car has all safety features that I was interested in. The RAV 4 has most all the bells and whistles. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Went to Florida on my first long ride put closed to 3.000 miles on.On my first snow storm with this car ,have no problems.Stuck in traffic for 7 hours from Elizabeth nj but no sign of sliding. Happy
Anthony Witherspoon was a phenomenal salesman. I met him two years ago and he advised me that it wasn???t the best time for me to buy a vehicle. Most salesmen would push you to purchase a vehicle by any means necessary. I appreciated his honesty and I knew when I was ready to buy my next Honda, I would give him the sale. He did not disappoint! I drove off in my 2018 Honda Accord with a payment that was well within my means!
I live in Delaware so I worked with Steve and Brad over the phone to work out a deal on vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Both of these gentleman worked very hard to get me a great deal on the purchase of the vehicle that I wanted and made sure that I was very happy. The experience was the best I've ever had for purchasing a vehicle. When I went in to see vehicle in person and sign paperwork the experience was again top notch!!! Everything was just as discussed over the phone. My finance person, Danielle, was also great to work with, she made that part of the purchase a pleasure. Steve went over every aspect of the vehicle with me, even set up a lot of stuff right there and I've never had a salesperson at any dealership do that before and when I left with my vehicle I knew how to work everything and that was pretty awesome. I will have this vehicle for a very long time, but when I'm ready for something new I'll be making the drive to Heritage Toyota Owings Mills again!!! I am a return customer to Thompson Toyota. This is the second vehicle I have purchased there. I was so pleased with the knowledge, care and attention to my needs the first time, there was little doubt I would return. My salesperson both times was Kevin Walker. Kevin is a friendly and likeable man who treated me with respect and understanding. All of the support staff are very competent. I am pleased with the deal I got on my 2017 RAV4. If I should ever need a vehicle in the future, Thompson Toyota will be my first choice.
This review is in reference to their service center. I'm not really sure how I feel about the service center. I can say that their staff Crystal is really polite and professional, however, this location is not forward thinking or considerate of time. I had an appointment in the morning and it was light freezing rain and on and off snow, a very light coating. Instead of receiving a courteous call saying that they would not be able to service the car due to the weather, they had me drive in and go through their entire check-in process just to tell me that they could only do a visual inspection. They could have simply called and said this instead of having me drive to the location just to tell me that or provided a warning when I made the appointment. I can understand not wanting to test drive the car in freezing rain, however, I've had my previous vehicle serviced at other locations and would always receive a call the day before or on that day if they could not service the car. So if you are taking your car to Heritage Toyota Catonsville service center and the weather (rain, snow, sleet, fog) permits them from working on your car or test driving the car, it would be best for you to call them before you drive their and go through their check-in process just to be told they cant work on the vehicle .
We were informed about a possible upgrade on our old Toyota Corolla. So we went to check it out and found it to be truly good. We ended with upgrading to a real nice new vehicle as Kris Ruhling and Fletcher Dixon assisted us and made it all possible. Both of them are awesome and so as the whole team including Hamid! We will definitely recommend the Dealership and the people involved.
The service has been excellent. I truly believe that the representative made me feel like I was a very important person. I would recommend all of my friends and family. I am enjoying my vehicle and the assurance that I am in good hands.
