After speaking with the General Manager, Jeff Mazer, it wasn't the dealership so much as it was the finance manager (who is no longer employed there). While this practice was done, it was NOT the dealership that employed the tactic. The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

I went in knowing my current vehicle was on it's last leg. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted to look at and my price range. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Nick Pfeffer. He offered me something to drink and started asking me questions to gauge what I was looking for. After I told him I was looking for a reliable SUV with good mileage and good fuel economy he asked what I would like my monthly payment to be around. After this he got a few vehicles for me to look at and we went for a few test drives. The entire time Nick was super knowledgeable about the cars we were driving. Features, safety, and etc. Once I made my decision from the three he worked with finance and helped me get signed up for car insurance. When finance was done I met with Tony, one of the finance managers, to wrap up the purchase. It was quick and easy! Numbers fit what I wanted, length of agreement was what I wanted. I never felt pressured the whole time I was there and they listened to what I wanted as a customer. Both told stories from their life during 'dead time' and asked me asked me questions about what I would use vehicle for and who would ride in it. I haven't bought a new car in 8 years so this experience was so great for my first time back. Once finance was done we got the temp plate and they took the car to detail for one more quick clean and got the plate taped up and helped me set up all the technology portions of my new car before I left. I have never had a better experience in sales than I did today. Nick and Tony really made the experience fulfilling. If I need to ever get another car I will be back here for my first option. Thanks so much for the great experience your whole team was awesome!

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

I am so glad we bought our Ford Edge from Summit Ford! (Thanks Ryan Madala-Klug!!!) Not only do Chuck and I love it but now our Daughter does too. We let Jon and Molly use it to go to Rhinelander. She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into! I worked retail for years and people would say to me, "Oh you are so good at that you do." As happy as I was to hear that I always thought "Don't tell me, tell my boss...tell others." So when I find a great product and/or exemplary service, I tell bosses and others. Just picked up my 2023 Sienna XLE sold to us by Veronica Sosa. Couldn’t be happier. These vehicles are in high demand and we just paid a bit over list, without any options that we didn’t want or need ( it’s pretty loaded as is). No b.s. from Veronica or the dealership period. they honored everything they said on the phone and email to a "t". YOU SHOULD BY YOUR NEXT TOYOTA FROM CLASSIC TOYOTA PERIOD, and ask for Veronica Sosa!. Been looking for a Toyota Sienna XLE for months in the Chicagoland area. Most dealers want between $5-$10k over list, plus options that we ( i.e.: most folks) didn’t want or need. Other dealers " say" they will sell for list, but then won’t take a deposit over the phone, and want you to come in, where we all know they will sock it to you, or require you to have them provide financing at a ridiculous high interest rate. Stop wasting your time and hard earned money, and go to Classic Toyota and be sure to work with Veronica Sosa .

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Traveling from out of state and had TPM light that would not go out even after inflating all my tires. I stopped by and had one of the best service experiences in all of my years driving Toyotas! Bob (and AJ) jumped right in - explaining to me that there is tire pressure monitoring on the full time spare and then instructing me on how to (best yet, showing me how to) lower the spare from the chain under the vehicle and then demonstrating how the jack and tools work - hopefully I will never need them but great that their customer care is such a high level to make sure I had the information. All of it with a smile and great interaction between the entire service crew. Great culture at East Madison Toyota! Thanks again for Wisconsinites helping this Minnesota guy ;-)

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
