2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

2026 Toyota RAV4 review
The RAV4 is the best selling SUV in its segment and it just got a complete refresh for 2026. The body styling is reminiscent of the Camry redesign with its hammer head shark front end. Overall Toyota really knocked it out of the park. Drivetrain is identical to the Camry as well. Bullet proof 2.5 liter inline 4 paired with a hybrid motor. Our AWD example produces 236 instant torque. Very quick. Some of the interior uses low end plastics and that part could be better. But overall this one is gonna be the SUV to even find in summer of 26. My wife’s SE was built in Japan and she loves it. The all new 4.0 Toyota safety sense suite is amazing too. I’m sure it will last as long as the last gen’s did.

2015 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

2013 Toyota RAV4 review
Car is very reliable, i have had it almost 10 years. It has 155,000 mi Have replaced the normal things like brakes and tires. It has a stiff ride, changed shocks and struts and still stiff. which is the #1 disappointment. Between 45 and 55 it has a bad vibration..

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

2023 Toyota RAV4 review
Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

2019 Toyota RAV4 review
I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! Just picked up my 2023 Sienna XLE sold to us by Veronica Sosa. Couldn’t be happier. These vehicles are in high demand and we just paid a bit over list, without any options that we didn’t want or need ( it’s pretty loaded as is). No b.s. from Veronica or the dealership period. they honored everything they said on the phone and email to a "t". YOU SHOULD BY YOUR NEXT TOYOTA FROM CLASSIC TOYOTA PERIOD, and ask for Veronica Sosa!. Been looking for a Toyota Sienna XLE for months in the Chicagoland area. Most dealers want between $5-$10k over list, plus options that we ( i.e.: most folks) didn’t want or need. Other dealers " say" they will sell for list, but then won’t take a deposit over the phone, and want you to come in, where we all know they will sock it to you, or require you to have them provide financing at a ridiculous high interest rate. Stop wasting your time and hard earned money, and go to Classic Toyota and be sure to work with Veronica Sosa .
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! I ended up being able to buy it! The transaction went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the car. They didn't try to add a million additional fees. Just the cost of the vehicle and a standard doc fee (always included in car sales). The car was very clean, in good shape and had a full tank when I left the dealership! I'd definitely consider buying from classic Toyota and would happily work with Charlie again as well!

2016 Toyota RAV4 review
We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

2015 Toyota RAV4 review
A lot of the other reviews go over build quality, features, comfort, etc.. Briefly I will say after being in this car for almost 9 years: the car (especially the XLE/sport model) is on the stiffer side and can be harsh. The upside is that it feels incredibly planted and there is minimal body roll. It is easy fun to take on windy roads with the "Sport" setting, which further tightens the ride. Road noise is not the best. Wind and tire noise is om the louder side. Materials are nothing super premium in the XLE, but the interior is built like a tank and has held up well. No electrical issues. The engine and transmission are fantastic. The small 4 cylinder makes the car sporty with 187 HP and it is also silent. It has a pleasant sound when accelarating and you hardly hear it. The transmission is a 6 speed, but is overall good. Smooth shifting in both sport and city driving. Reliability-wise this car has been absolutely fantastic. The car has been lazily maintained and is currently at 220,000 miles. It still drives and shifts very smoothly. This car is a sportier crossover. It is a good choice for somebody who wants more sport compared to say a CRV. It is and has been proven to be reliable though.
