I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

Ronald Cancinos provided excellent service. From the initial text message, as requested, Ronald was thorough, efficient, and trustworthy. Ronald only offered what he knew he could provide. Ronald kept us updated every step of the process when purchasing our new car and even delivered it to my workplace. He and his team worked in unison to make sure we had our new car before heading out of town for vacation. The car was in near mint condition when he delivered it, as promised. The car buying process has never been this smooth for me. I look forward to decades of service with this dealership as long as they all function like Ronald and his team. He is the ideal dealer!!

This car is just what we needed! Lots of space and leg room. Not much “trunk” space and pretty terrible gas mileage, but we knew what we were getting and get that the benefits outweighed those 2 issues.

2024 Sequoia Platinum.....We love it!! ( although not necessarily the hefty price tag!!!!) It has Plenty of power, lots of bells and whistles and very comfortable and safe. Advertised Gas milage advertised seems a little deceiving, but all in all a great vehicle!! Lots of fun to drive.

Turns out the Manager Andrew is a True Gentleman. Treat him with respect and expect the same.

Finally pulled the trigger and purchase a brand new Sequoia about a year ago. It has been a dream. Roomy, reliable and comfortable. A true family vehicle. We use it for transporting hordes of kids, skiing and road trips. We'll enjoy it for many years to come.

Amazing experience. Let me test drive everything I wanted to test drive. My sales person was very knowledgeable and let me drive the way I wanted to.

My issue with this car is not the car itself. It’s the Toyota dealers that have them. (WHEN) These ROACHES think they found a Diamond they have no disgrace. They add 10k to the already overstimulated price tag. A Toyota (doesn’t matter which kind) should not cost $80k, $85k, $90k, $95k dollars! It’s disgusting. When paying nearly $100 thousand dollars. I’d rather a S class. I really would, I’m sorry. These prices are just absurd. And the reliability on a twin turbo hybrid engine? You gotta be out of your mind. After 120k miles. Run for your lives. Toyota is no longer Toyota. I am sorry to say.

Well, its been 3 months and I finally love this car, my black TRD Sequoia called 'Dahkness'. There are a few frustrations, and I am still overwhelmingly and increasingly thrilled. At first I was a little 'whatever' or 'its okay', but now I am actually pumped. She's grown on my despite some of her silliness. I have read a bunch of reviews and this is my first Toyota, so I have no basis for what other vehicles in their line-up handle like, but I'm overall happy with the handling, acceleration, and style in general. It drives like a truck, which I expected and can't complain at all. Although I have the TRD, I still think she is a much more family oriented car than an off-road legend. This thing does have an epic driver's screen that makes every other car you drive seem puny. I came out of a LWB Range Rover so I lost my massage seats and a couple other cool bells, so anyways, I don't think the seats are very posh for a really expensive car, but I suppose they aren't uncomfortable. Also coming from a Range Rover, a way more expensive vehicle that everything breaks on, this Sequoia is going extremely smoothly. No issues of any kind. The bad: -WHY THE xxxx did you all ditch the rear gate window that everyone loved! Now we have a glass hatch... horray - Mileage economy is criminally overstated - the 3rd row seat is completely useless and makes the rear storage also dismal and dysfunctional - The 'amazing' JBL system... actually stands for Just Below Lousy. Cranked alllllll the way up you can clearly hear the person next to you speaking softly. That shouldn't happen. I ripped it out the 2nd week I owned it and now I LOVE my sound system. - Dealer got 10k over sticker - I still don't have my second key in the mail yet, because somehow Toyota couldn't keep up with the key demand for new vehicles and new cars only come with one until supply recovers Don't buy this car if you have 4 or 5 children, don't get this vehicle because of it's advertised MPG economy, and don't get this because you think the JBL sound system will be impressive... Get this car because it is easy to drive, safe, reliable, and because you want to spoil yourself a little every time you start the car, without driving something as garish as a Range Rover. I'd change a couple things, but nobody gets everything. I love it.

Had a great overall experience at this dealership. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life and typically regret setting foot on a sales lot the moment I do— get ready to do battle! *However* our salesman, Nick Grieme was courteous, professional and to the point (which I generally prefer) in helping us choose a vehicle for our growing family. We love our new 2019 Terrain!! There was no pressure selling from him. We were choosing between two models and he never tried to force the more expensive option on us even though that’s what we ultimately chose. A couple of minor issues I had after the sale were handled as a priority. Of note, he even came in after going home sick to help us close on the sale (we completed purchase the day after our initial visit— more on why below). Rubens, his associate, was also very friendly and helpful in this regard and Sam Garcia made the financial affairs a piece of cake. Our first day there the finance guy we dealt with (Eric) was honestly so rude to us that we almost moved on to another dealership altogether. He made it pretty obvious that he was irritated because we didn’t wish to purchase additional warranty coverage and wanted to use our own financing after we learned that GM financial just wasn’t our best option. So we said no thanks and left. I simply have no patience for such rudeness and was headed straight for the next dealership. But on our way out Nick and Sam continued to be so professional and actually listen to what we wanted and didn’t want that we decided to go back to Carl Black and not let one bad interaction ruin everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership (and these 3 gentlemen specifically) to anyone looking to skip the typical high pressure/high frustration sales environment and just buy the vehicle they need! Well thought-out design, inside and out. Reliable in snow and desert heat. Towing trailers is barely noticeable. Spacious and comfortable for long trips. Couldn't choose better!

Crazy thing happened ? I dropped my diamond anniversary ring down the steering column. ? I stopped by the service department just to ask if it might be an easy retrieval. It wasn?t but they took care of me straight away anyway. Wasn?t expecting that! WOW! Yes, it was expensive. Duh ?they had to pull the steering column. But so worth it and they were so kind. I love being able to rely on this place to keep my vehicle in shape. The service and attitude are always exemplary. ?? Thank you again to the people at World Toyota.

It’s been an amazing SUV to own. It makes great power while still driving like a luxury vehicle! The seats are incredibly stylish and comfortable. The safety features also make me feel very safe behind the wheel of such a large vehicle. But it’s not hard to drive and the lane keeping assist works very well. Overall I’m very happy with my Sequoia!

Will run forever. Have over 200K miles and going. Never needed repair other then routine maintenance. This is a great vehicle - most reliable I've ever owned.

I spoke with Syed on the phone about a car he had in his inventory, Syed was very professional and helpful in answering my questions before I drove 3 hours to look at a car on his lot. I missed a turn and Atlanta traffic is a nightmare so I was late getting there, Syed had even called to check on me to make sure I was still coming. That's above and beyond. When I arrived I have to say they were very busy and they have a lot of very nice cars on their lot. There were customers everywhere so this is a high volume dealership. Syed was up front and greeted me with out having to wait. Again above and beyond. Although the car I came to see was not the one for me, I didn't care for the interior color, it was a very nice car. I had read a lot of bad reviews from other customers and I felt the need to share my experience. Again this is a high volume/very busy dealership, there will be some unhappy customers. Don't let that deter you from visiting this lot. There are a lot of nice vehicles there.

The price on the car was great, plus the trade-in price was more than fair. So glad that I purchased a 2016 Toyota Sequoia. Smooth and quiet drive and a great family vehicle. Only downfall is the gas mileage... Everything else is worth the price.

Uses a bit more gas than expected, but her, its V6 5.7 l engine... overall its a perfect car! Initially i wanted to get 4Runner, but this one is even better

James Sierra was great to work with. Fast to respond to all questions (no mater how stupid some of them were) while while being professional and treating you with respect. He kept me posted throughout the process down to when the transporter picked up the car. While not profiling you do to age. I would highly recommend James and this company for buying cars from.

1. Dealers do not have any cars/trucks/SUVS to sell. 2. Dealers do not know what they are getting in the future. 3. Dealers do not know when they are receiving any cars/trucks/SUVS. 4. Dealers do not know what a vehicle is going to cost. 5. Toyota is raising prices 15% 6. You cannot order a Toyota. 7. Going to a Toyota Dealer is becoming an unpleasant experience. I wanted to buy a Toyota, however the above is what I ran into.
