Toyota West OhioReviews
Toyota West Ohio review
My wife and I had a great experience. They had the Kia we were interested in ready for the test drive as we arrived at the dealership. Quick inspection, some paperwork, and away we went on our test drive. We quickly noticed an issue with a noise coming from the right front of the car, but were otherwise was happy with the car. Once we returned and pointed out the noise, we got a written assurance that it would be taken care of if we bought the car. We'll, we did and they were true to their word. Totally impressed with the buying experience here.

J & M Automotive review
I inquired with J&M on a Lincoln. Michael was easy to work with, the fixed price model makes the process easy. I reserved the car with a small deposit, then changed my mind and I was refunded within 24 hours of asking. Clear communication all the way through and good service. Didn't do business but would still recommend them
2019 Toyota Sienna review
This car is both beautiful and dependable. What do I like about this car? It is roomy. Easy to enter and exit. Heated seats. Great storage areas for driver and passenger. Especially nice storage for groceries and cargo that drops down into the car at the rear door. Excellent visibility. Easy to enter and exit, low to the ground. A smooth ride, and good on gas. Exceleration is very good.

I saw an Acura MDX on cars.com. I reached out to the dealership and was assisted by Hunter Adams. He was not pushy, but sen me info on that car and others on the lot. I test drove the car and he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I’m the proud owner of an Acura MDX. The process was painless. Thanks Acura of Marysville for the excellent customer service!

Sheldon was great! The new remodel is very comfortable and well designed. My only complaint is that the dealership rarely contacts me for service reminders. I’ve been using a local auto service for my maintenance. I’d prefer to bring it to the dealership. I’m looking for a new car for my wife and I so I can give the 23 Integra to our daughter

The car was beautiful, clean , low mileage, and had a really awesome price tag. I would send my friends and family to buy a car from Metric. Their customer services was great and very professional. The ball was in my corner, they made me feel that I was a valuable customer. Thank you Metric Dealership of Raleigh.

Principle Hyundai BoerneReviews
Principle Hyundai Boerne review
I have been looking for a hybrid compact suv. I was greeted by a very cheery Ms. Destiny and Mr. Nate. They were so welcoming and wonderful. The whole process was amazing. They really listened to what my needs were and did their best to get me the car I wanted. I felt like I made a few friends along with my new car. Destiny helped me choose and test-drive my car. She knew her stuff and was informative. It was one of the best car-buying experiences. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The best part was they didn’t haggle with the price and did their best to give us a great offer which we couldn’t refuse.
2019 Toyota Sienna review
The service department told me that my new 2019 vehicle I bought in 2019, which has barely 24,000 miles, is in need of new tires. I asked how that could be since the tires should be rated for 50k, and I haven't even reached 1/2 the life of the tires. I was told that I could get prorated discount from Firestone, if I replace with the same tires. With the prorated discount, I would still have to pay about $450 for the tires. That's an epic fail of quality guarantee from Firestone, and my trust of the service guarantee of the dealership. I will be reporting this issue to BBB for deceptive product quality guarantee.

2019 Toyota Sienna review
I had a very reliable Toyota Sienna 2004, but with mileage 220,000 on it. I enjoyed it so much that I decided when I was ready for a new one, it would be another Sienna. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Sienna and still am learning about all the bells and whistles. Has great safety features (back up camera), lots of space (8seats) and is comfortable both to drive and ride in.

CarMax Sacramento/Roseville review
Brent Robken offered a great buying experience. I have purchased many cars but this had to be the best purchase ever. Brent made everything easy to understand and I'm sure that I wouldn't have purchased this car if not for him. I would highly recommend Brent Robken to anyone looking for a car.

DELLA MitsubishiReviews
DELLA Mitsubishi review
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi
2019 Toyota Sienna review
Gas Mileage is crap but the new hybrid is unbearable so I went with this a 2019 Sienna XSE (luxury sports edition). The sports edition had better exterior styling and the luxury is premium interior. Lighted cup holders, leather seats and leather covered dash. Was very disappointed the car did not come with navigation or keyless entry, had a few dings, and dealer did not move at all on the price.
