2025 Toyota Sienna review
We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.

While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

At one point, another dealership even tried to sell me a lower model for more than the higher model I actually wanted. When I went to Ventura Toyota, Eddie was able to quickly locate the exact car I had been searching for. He was honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Eddie was also very patient with my elderly grandfather, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made everything simple and stress-free. One of the best parts was that there were no outrageous markups on the car like I saw at other dealerships. When the car arrived we did a test drive and he went over so many thing about the car, he stayed until closing to help me finish the paperwork, set up my phone, and walk me through all the tech features. The next day he even checked in to make sure everything was going well and reminded me I could contact him anytime if I needed help. Eddie truly went above and beyond, and it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. When it’s time for my next car, I will absolutely be coming back to Ventura Toyota and asking for Eddie.

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.
