A little oil change and tire rotation almost turned into a bad accident. After leaving the dealer i heard a little noise coming from the front drivers side. As soon as i had an opportunity i pulled over and every bolt on the front tire was loose. I was able to get the lug wrench from the trunk and tighten just enough to get back to the dealer. I was lucky i pulled over in time avoiding a disaster and a nice lawsuit if something worse happened. I know this is not everyone, but they need a quality check to avoid mishaps.
I bought a 2007 Nissan Altima really nice car less than 100,000 miles. Great customer service from this company and I would recommend anybody to shop with these guys they provide friendly service to there customer.

I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
The customer service at Toyota of Bowie is unbelievably amazing. The management and sales staff CARE about you! Especially when there is a salesman like FAYYAZ KHAN. He work with you to ensure you are able to get a car that is safe, reliable, and within your budget!

My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. Hard to imagine a better experience. Ric and Henry are the best, they are honest and will listen to your needs and find the best car for you. All of their cars are clean, have a Carfax history, and have had all routine maintenance done before they make them available to their customers.
John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!
