If wasn???t because of Lino, I would have backed out, Especially Steve Lang, I would never wanna deal with him again. Steve and the manager treated told me every Toyota came with a defective? I spent 37K cash and you telling me my new truck have a defective?
Our past new cars have always been bought through Middletown Toyota because we receive such wonderful service. The staff have always been very helpful and attentive the minute we walk in through the door! Toyota is a wonderful product and we have always been happy with every car we have bought. We love our new Rav! I personally still love my hatchback Yaris (2010)

Internet manager Steve Lang did excellent job. Job done quick with good price I hope. Steve helped me options on the financials and clear mentioned about adding packages .sherry help me to get good rate of interest
Ms. Feliciano was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I thought this incident was quite remarkable: While I was waiting at the service desk and Ms. Feliciano was finishing up with an older woman and was about to hand the woman the key to her car, she saw that it was cold and raining outside. She took back the key and rushed (ran) out to the customer's car and brought it around so the older woman did not have to walk in the foul weather. It was a kind and thoughtful thing to do. The reason that I did not give a higher rating was that the wrong part for my truck was ordered and I had to return for a third day to get the problem fixed.

SOKOL ETEMI THE SALES WAS EXCELLENT IN GOING OVER ALL OF THE FEATURES OF NEW CAMARY. HE TOOK HIS TIME GOING OVER THINGS AND WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. ALSO THE SALES MANAGER JEFF CAMPBELL WAS VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH AND WAS A PLEASURE TO TALK TO. CHERIE THE FINANCE MANGER TOOK HER TIME AND WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING ALL OF THE FINANCING OPTIONS AVAILABLE.
Making an appointment online is easy and when you drive in for service you hand them the keys , they are pleasant and informative, waiting for your vehicle is in a relaxing atmosphere, they come and get you when your vehicle is ready , explain what was done explain the cost . A very pleasant experience.

I went to Bob Thomas Ford looking for a new car after twelve years in my Explorer. I worked with Colby who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Bob Thomas also met with me to welcome me to the dealership and let me know he was at my service. I expected to leave with a certified pre-owned Explorer. Colby showed me the new Flex with the eco-boost engine and I was sold. No high pressure sales, just great service.
You were able to get both my Toyota and my son's Hyundai in and promptly serviced at the same time, although the online scheduler had us an hour apart in time. Plus you had Saturday hours, which Hyundai did not for his car.
It was easy, transparent, no high pressure tactics. We received all the information we needed. The salesman helped us get our insurance card and registration, even processed our state electric vehicle rebate for us.
The service was fast and polite. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and attractive. The coffee was good. I like the email reminders of service.
