I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. My husband and I went to Ferguson’s to look for a late model used pickup recently on a Saturday afternoon. We we able to shop by ourselves without being bombarded by salesmen. At the right time Tim Flusche came out and asked if he could help. He gave us prices on the trucks we were interested in. My husband selected his truck and Tim got the paperwork done quickly and we were on the road. There was no pressure to buy and that’s how we like to shop.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.
Our salesman, Sean Connelly, and our finance man, Grant Geer, were great! There were no high-pressure sales techniques or "arm-twisting" with either of them. They were engaging, professional and just the perfect people to get us into a new car.They were willing to wait for us to decide what we needed to do without bothering us with phone calls or texting pressure. I would highly recommend both of these men to anyone purchasing a Toyota. JIm Norton Toyota is THE place to go for your new car!
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.
This dealership actually made the car buying process enjoyable! I???ve been to several different places, including another Toyota dealership, but none had the customer service of Jim Norton. They gave me respect without pressuring me into any deal. I left feeling good about the purchase.
In less than 24 hours I have the car that I wanted and it was an absolute joy working with Adam Buckmaster - in the business office!! He got me a really good interest rate on the loan & the paperwork was a breeze. My salesman was Brad Mincer- I could not have had a better representative of Jim Norton Toyota. Everything about our buying experience at Jim Nortons was excellent. After a volley of texts back and forth a few days prior to going in between Brandon and myself my family and I popped in on black friday to take a look at a rav4 for my wife. Honestly it was more for a test drive than anything else because we still weren't sure what vehicle she wanted but if we found "THE ONE" we were ready to play. When we came in first thing in the morning they were already pretty busy but that did not stop them from being readily available for us. At this point we met Mr.Friday, I told him from the get exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to spend etc. And he got straight to work for us. He found the exact car we wanted, in the price range we were willing to spend and made it happen. Instead of being like previous car dealer experiences I've had at other places trying to shove a vehicle down your throat that you dont particularly want in a price range that isn't in the budget he waved the magic wand and put this rav4 in our driveway. I highly recommend this dealership, they have a vast inventory, knowledgable and friendly staff (especially Mr.Friday), a large volume of lenders for just about any credit situation, and pressure free environment that gives you room to make your own decision. We will more than likely be life long customers. Go down to Jim Nortons and get you a new car they will make it happen! See my guy Friday!
Gerard helped make what has previously be torturous experiences a pleasant one. I dreaded purchasing a car expecting the same old same old. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I bought a great car and hopefully a salesperson I can rely on for each car purchase from here on out.
