let me start of by saying thank you to Chase Seufzer! This young man is very knowledgeable and the epitome of excellence in customer service. Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. Not only was he a delight but other staff members assisting Mike Terlikowski (Management) and Travis (Finance) both went above and beyond as well to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and happy. Julie was great. She had to work very hard to find my red Forester with the equipment I wanted and didn't give up until she did. She answered all my questions and reassured me that I really has a car even though it wasn't physically there yet. She showed how to work and find everything I needed to know to drive it and let me know she was always available to answer any more that arose. It was and is a very good experience.

We had such a great experience with Janesville Subaru! We had an Outback that we loved. It was the only car we had ever had the luxury of building to suit the needs of our family. Our 2016 Outback took great care of our family every day...down to the moment that we hit a deer while cruising at 70 mph on a highway heading toward an important family gathering. My husband and I were the only ones in the car. Thankfully, the kids were safely at home with their grandma. What a truly intense and unforgettable experience. Luckily, we made it unscathed...so unbelievably blessed! Our sweet Outback, however, was totaled. Two week later we found ourselves at Janesville Subaru. We were healthy and happy, but felt nervous about going through the process of buying a new family car. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, Austin stepped in and to made sure that our experience in buying our new Outback was comfortable and met our needs and expectations in every way. Austin has been a pleasure to work with and has offered us exemplary customer service as we get settled with our new family vehicle.
I was treated courteously and quickly. This is an absolutely great service group. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will find it. They are always willing to go above and beyond the call!! Vehicle was in and out sooner than expected and done properly. I have the greatest regard for Service Rep. Alisha, Manager Sean and Scot the OPS manager. They all go the extra mile.
Randy is an excellent salesman to deal with. Attention to detail was extraordinary. This dealership really cares about the customer. They offer a large inventory to choose from. Would definitely return to them in the future. All staff was extremely helpful. The entire purchasing process went very smoothly. Very happy with my purchase.
I did a lot of research online in preparing to buy a new outback. Janesville Subaru gave me the information I needed and the price to buy from them. Our sales person Austin Armstrong was knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. Best sales help we have had for 30 years, just down to earth practical knowledge on vehicles and willingness to share openly and honestly. I made several online inquiries and the online staff at Janesville Subaru was prompt replying both online and by phone, without their help I would???ve never made it in to see Austin and I would have bought from someone else. Karino Moreno was great help and I said I would not have ever contacted Janesville Subaru again without her great help. Price was main consideration initially while shopping online and never would have even contacted Janesville Subaru if not competitive.
Worked with Dan N. and he made everything very clear with none of the shenanigans I???ve experienced in working with other dealerships. Would recommend Dan and the team at Ewald to anyone looking for a fair price and easy process!
I would like to amend my previous review of this dealership there was a communication error the proper people did not get my messages so my issue was never addressed they have now contacted me and are going to take care of everything so I really appreciate what they have done for me, it was a very seamless buying process it was very nice car for a good price.Nice to have a small local dealership take cares!
This is the second car I have purchased through Tony and he is an outstanding salesman. Everything you want when purchasing a car; professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and honest.
In addition to Tony, my experience with other Garber folks has been excellent. I would highly recommend Tony and Garber Toyota.
The overall experience was uneventful. We came prepared to buy a car, but time
did not allow us to finish the process. I called ahead and asked about a specific car and
told the salesman we'd be there by 1 p.m. The salesperson had another customer and
couldn't help us until 3 p.m. During the negotiating process we had done our homework and believed our car was worth $1500-$2000 more than Garber would give us. We had a to leave by 4:30, so we came back the following week. The process was expedited the following week and we left within a couple of hours. Everyone was helpful.
My experience at Garber was amazing. Tony F was an amazing salesperson. He new everything about the highlander, he answered every question I had. I have bought Hondas all my life and this was a hard decision to leave Honda. Tony made it easy. The dealership is a beautiful, comfortable place. Meeting all the service people in one area is very nice. They were all welcoming. Thank you for a great experience!!!
Thanks to a wonderful sales staff, buying a car has never been so easy. I originally wanted a used car. Once shown the all the benefits--explained in detail..it was a breeze.Buying a loaf of bread is harder...lol
We bought a beautiful new Ford Edge today. We worked with Dennis to drive and select our vehicle and Marty to complete the paperwork. Both were very accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were given ample opportunities to ask questions and never felt pressured.
