Great shopping experience at Toyota of Newnan

On Sunday, 13 Aug. 2017, I went on line and was looking for a new Nissan Rouge or a Toyota RAV-4. I spelled out that I wanted the best drive-out price and to notify me by email. About 12 dealers responded but half tried to call on the phone. I hate sales people on the phone. On Monday, 14 Aug, I received a email from Toyota of Newnan and the sales person, Julie, had included all the information I was seeking and had listed a great price for the RAV4. I immediately called Julie and we discussed the car I had in mind, color, etc. On Tuesday morning, 15 Aug, when I turned on my computer I had a email from Julie with everything that we had discussed the day before. I made an appointment with Julie for 1200 the same day, Tuesday. Upon my arrival at Toyota I was greeted by a friendly sales person who accompanied me inside this great dealership and to meet Julie. After meeting Julie, she had the car key in her hand and the car we had discussed had been parked right outside the door of the dealership. Julie showed me the features of the Rav4 and how great the car looked. After a few minutes we went back inside the dealership and started filling out the paperwork. I was so impressed by Julie and the RAV4 that I did not take it for a test drive. Julie is a joy to do business. She has great customer service skills and it not pushy at all. I left the dealership at 1400 (2.00) as it only took me 2 hours to complete my purchase. During the time I was in the dealership I was offered several bottles of cold water and all the people were friendly. I can not say enough about my dealings with Julie and Toyota of Newnan. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota to visit Toyota of Newnan and ask for Julie. She is a GREAT person.
