Love driving our Toyota; gets about 29 mpg. city and feels very safe with the "warning beeps" if a car is coming up alongside you or is too close. when backing up. Legroom is ample front and back. Heated front driver & passenger seats are amazing. Back up camera has me spoiled. Everyone who drives this car tells me how much they love it.
We negotiated prices for both the new vehicle and my trade-in with little aggravation. Both Marek and Oliver were very receptive about my estimates of value which resulted in an expedited experience..

It definitely gets attention and comments from strangers. Some love it, so hate it, but it is distinctive.
Thought I'd hate all the new safety features, but now don't know how I lived without them.
Didn't notice the lack of power some have noted, but we're not heavy footed anyway, so it seems adequate.
Biggest drawback to me is the extremely poor outward visibility. Blindspot monitoring and back-up camera help, but it is poor.
Was approached by Freddy when we came to the dealer. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. He was helpful and easy to deal with. Time spent at the dealer was shorter than I had anticipated for the purchase of a new vehicle. I absolutely love my 2019 Forester!!

The all wheel drive along with its driveability options makes this a well rounded vehicle. Proven with the latest winter storm! Rides high like a SUV should but isn't top heavy! This is my first Toyota bought for my wife and it has me shopping for myself.
Daniel was my service Advisor this time. Informed me on all that was included in my 10,000 mile Toyota Care Service Package and what I would receive. Work was completed in a timely manner As I was sitting in the waiting room, my Salesman - Adrian Gjergji came by and ask if I needed anything such as water, coffee and how was my Toyota RAV4 was performing, etc... I've never owned a better car. Luxury meets practicality. Super smooth ride, comfortable seats, all the bells and whistles, reliable and great gas mileage. The only thing that could make it better is if it were AWD for heavy winter mountain living. But it handles snow around town just fine.
I did not buy my Corolla from you but your dealership is closer to me so I brought it to your place and I have to say it is wonderful. I needed a 6 month check up and everyone from the time I got there was terrific.

I had already researched hybrid vehicles and have owned two so I already had picked out this v eff hickey for a rest drive. Both my previous hybrid cars, a civic and a Prius, have/had smaller engines, so the added power of a larger engine felt nice. Very roomy and comfortable.
Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!

On the positive side, love the engine and transmission. Tuned exhaust is just right - a low growl but not obnoxious. Seat comfor is so- so, especially after a couple of hours behind the wheel. Entertainment system is a big disappointment? especially since this is a Limited edition. Sound quality is average and the Entune system should be dropped immediately in favor of Apple and Google offerings. Toyota is a little slow incorporating technology- not sure why. Still, I bought this truck for its above average reliability history and hope to have it for a long time.

I have been in the market for a minivan for quite some time. I thought I wanted a Honda Odyssey until test drive one. I like the way it looks on the exterior but was not impressed with the the way it drove or the space in the interior. Also, Odyssey’s no longer have a black leather interior and that is impratant to me having four kids. I also test drove a newer Chrysler Pacifica. I liked the way it drove but disliked the space in the interior.
When I saw and test drove the Toyota Sienna SE Premium. I knew this was the vehicle for our family. Very stylish and sharp looking exterior but the interior is what we really enjoyed. Black leather interior seats, lots of space for passengers. It could seat up to 8 adults comfortably. It drives like a car with great pick up and can take sharp turns. Plenty of cup holders and storage areas. Very wide blueray player for the kids. Moon roof is nice. Many safety feature and the design of the dash is very luxurious. Super impressed and really enjoy driving this vehicle.
I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership. I bought a Jeep Compass yesterday and I was completely pleased with my experience and everyone I met there from Mike the internet guy, Joe my salesman and Frank in finance, everyone was awesome.

I love my 4Runner. My last one have over 200k miles and almost no maintenance issues. This one seems to be the identical sequel. It goes everywhere I need to go and meets all of my outdoor activity needs.
I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!

I have owned this car since new, June 2012, and covered 78,500 miles at an average of 35.8 mpg. You get more around town, as the electric motor is used more. But my driving is a mixture of town and freeway driving. The acceleration is really good as the electric motor backs up the engine instantly. The blend of performance, mpg and carbon dioxide emissions is really good. The car is built like a tank. It is easy to see why Toyotas are so regularly at the top of reliability tables. All I've had go wrong are: new cables for gasoline and trunk release and a new valve for the windscreen washers. My version built in 2012, had improved roadholding, but it is at the expense of the hard ride. The car dips too much when braking too. But it is so quiet inside the cabin, which makes long journeys very peaceful.
Great service!! I always had a good experience with Glendale Nissan. There are so many places nearby my house although I drive 10 miles every time because they were great in assisting me in service and I would recommend Dennis for that.

Great vehicle. Only detractors are the back up camera/navigation screen puts off glare in sunlight. A better angle or a recessed shroud would help. Tires rumble at highway speeds. The switches for the technology package should light up to indicate that particular system is energized.
You are treated by Ford Bredemann as if you were royalty! They do their best constantly to insure complete and total satisfaction. They are committed to their customers!!!

Everything is falling off of it. Junky tires- 5 Flat Tires in 10000 miles. Wind noise. Air bags quit. Roof Rubber comes off in car wash. Seats stain way easy just from everyday use. Had both front seats rebuilt in 5000 miles. Battery quit at 7000 miles. Left us stranded, not good. Over all a trash heap of a car. No more Toyotas for my wife and I … Hello Chrysler...

My 2005 Toyota RAV4 has 130000 miles on it and has NEVER had a single problem. I put gas in it and change the oil. That’s all it ever needs.
I purchased my used Alfa Romeo back in June. When my SiriusXM radio turned off it caused some confusion since the dealer said I am getting a one year complimentary subscription. Turns out since my car was used, the radio trial was aging while the dealership owned the vehicle.
I was reached out to by Leanne and she was very helpful in fixing the situation. I know that having to deal with third parties can be difficult but she took the time and had the patience to discuss options with Sirius. I appreciate her efforts to make me happy and I was pleased to get the service I was originally promised.
I should also mention that I have never met Leanne and I did not buy my car from her. She was helping me because it was the right thing to do and I am a customer. Nothing in it for her!

This trucks not quick, but bound to be reliable. I purchased it to tow a side by side. I’ve upgraded suspension, brakes and transmission, easy to work on.
Excellent setting and no hassle purchase and dealing with Edgar. Very surprised to experience such a smooth handling of vehicle purchase at an EXCELLENT dealership in this day and age. Mike in Finance was superb and so easy going gentlemen! Came away with excellent customer experience so much so that we would visit this dealership again for vehicle purchase even though it an hours way away!!

This car meets my needs and I enjoy driving it. First time i ever had a Toyota. Just wish it was bigger inside. Not as roomy as I would like.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. This car was a great transition from my Nissan Frontier Truck. I was looking at Ford Flex, Ford Explorer and Nissan Murano. The expectations I have are all satisfied in the Highlander. Needed a large enough car to haul my family around, and my ton and a half of clay and equipment.
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!

The prius is such a dependable car. I constantly get atleast 50 plus MPG. I have taken this vehicle on many long drives and the only real complaint I have are the seats. After about 30 minutes, my butt hurts. Once I replaced the seats It was much better. The ride is smooth and when using power mode its pretty fast. The amount of money I have spent on maintenance is minimal. New tires and oil changes and I have 130,000. I was a little skeptical about buying a hybrid since the hybrid batteries are 3-5 grand. But many companies are selling them for much less so replacing the hybrid battery isnt a worry anymore. The brakes are a little touchy at times but thats the only mechanical issue I have. Very roomy on the interior.
