I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose when I bought my 2021 Mach-E. He was super communicative, answered all my calls, replied fast to texts, and even got back to me on his days off. At first I honestly just came in to test drive a Mach-E and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but Michael was very honest and trustworthy and ended up helping me find a Mach-E that fit exactly what I needed and stayed within my budget. He never pressured me at all. The paperwork process was really smooth and easy. What I liked most was how Michael treated me like a friend during the whole process. He’s really funny, easy to talk to, and it never felt awkward or salesy. He even came in on his day off just to get the deal done a day earlier than scheduled because of snow, which I really appreciated. Even after I bought the car, he kept checking in to see how everything was going. When my tire pressure was a little off because of the cold, he helped get it taken care of super fast and was very flexible. This isn’t one of those dealerships where you never hear from the salesperson again. It was a pleasure doing business here and I honestly don’t see myself using another salesman in New York. I recommend Michael to everyone.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Dylan was friendly and professional and upfront with out-the-door pricing. My daughter's car died and was unfixable. We needed something affordable and quick. We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Great car dealership! John helped me locate the Mercedes that I wanted with a premium 3 package. The car is exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. They also got me a very competitive car loan at a great rate! When I picked up the car it was beautifully detailed and although the car is a 2018 it looks like it came off the showroom floor and drives that way too
