After we explained what our needs were she instructed us to view several vehicles, the Chrysler Pacifica being one of them, Our daughter, Latresce Bennett, was not able to be there at that time , however Berlinda took the extra time to speak with our daughter, who was in a nursing home, over the telephone and took extra time to even take the vehicle to the nursing home so that our daughter could make the final decision on the purchase of the vehicle, She was patient, kind, attentive and caring. Explaining the features of the car. How the car would be best suited for her handicap. She worked with both us and our daughter in making this purchase. She and our daughter and my husband and I worked together to make this buy both affordable and buyer friendly.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !

2012 Honda Odyssey review
This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. David Lewald also took great care of me by securing 0% financing, and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into additional options or upgrades. Went today for a couple of recalls. I took the shuttle home seeing the work could go into the afternoon. When the work the was done that afternoon I took the dealer shuttle back to the shop snd on the way the shuttle driver name Thomas picked up a women customer as well. Before she even got into shuttle she began berating the driver because she was told by someone the driver would get her in 20 minutes. According to her she was waiting 1 1/2hrs and fussed at the driver. The driver was cool and calm and did not reply with any bad language. He simply apologized for any inconvenience she experienced. The point is some people think the earth revolves around them and no body else matters. She acted as if the driver wasn?t human. My services were done professionally.
