2013 Beetle, stretched timing chain, 82,000 miles, $3600 job turned out was covered under warranty. Took them 3 weeks, it's a big job, lots of parts and labor intensive. That car runs as if it were brand new. We are pleased.

Everything was good. Everyone was super nice and unlike other dealerships we didn’t have to wait that a long time. There were no problems with having to make appointment to test drive. They had the car ready and everything. I would recommend this place.

Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of RandolphReviews
Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph review
I recently had the pleasure of trading in and purchasing my 2nd vehicle in 3 years from George Gregory at Sawyer Lyons GMC. Every time I visit this dealership (for service or sales), I feel welcomed and valued. George, who has always been both friendly and professional, always takes the time to say hello and that leaves a lasting impression on customers During the sales process, he has never pressured me into making a decision but instead encouraged me to take my time and ask questions. What really stood out, though, was his commitment to ensuring I got the best deal possible. He worked with the finance team to offer competitive pricing and tailored options that fit my budget. Throughout the negotiation, he was transparent, honest, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Because of my experience with George, I feel confident in my purchase, not just because of the great car I was driving off with, but because of the exceptional service I received. It's rare to find a car salesman who genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction over making a sale, but this one certainly did. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with him—his professionalism and customer-first attitude made all the difference.

2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
I purchased this car new but kept it only 2 years as I needed more space for my growing kids, their friends, and their activities. Mine was a sport model with black and white interior. Despite a rather average gas mileage for the size of the car, everything else was solid and the car was pretty spacious inside. The sport tuned suspension made it more fun to drive than the average Jetta. The only regret that I had is that this year model didn't come with a sunroof, even as an option. Other than that, it's a great car for a small family and the interior is resistant to active children :)

Lynn Schultz my sales person was absolutely fantastic! From when I walked through the door to my taking delivery, every part of the buying experience was very respectful, professional and extraordinary customer focus. Everyone in this dealership was honest, not pushy and friendly. The car was as advertised, immaculate and they kept their promises. An old fashioned business culture virtually non-existent today. Great follow up and communication. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a car from Passport Nissan and we cannot commend our sales team high enough. Raegan Hooker, Vehicle Exchange Manager, called while our car was being serviced, and he graciously introduced the idea of trading in our car toward a new purchase. After greeting us, Kervin Escobar, Salesman, took over. Kervin was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we worked through our decision process. And of course our long-time trusted service advisor, Jose Mejia, was there to weigh options with us based on everything he knew about our preferences and lifestyle. This team worked highly effectively together, we were delighted to work with them.
2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

CarTrader LLCReviews
CarTrader LLC review
I had an outstanding experience working with Andy while searching for a car from out of state. Even though I ultimately found a vehicle closer to home, the level of kindness, honesty, and dedication Andy showed throughout the entire process truly stood out. He took the time to help me pick out the right car, made sure every detail fit my needs, and was completely transparent from start to finish. It’s rare to find a salesperson who demonstrates such genuine integrity and professionalism. Andy’s trustworthiness and ethics made me feel completely confident in the process, and if I ever need another car, he will absolutely be the first person I contact. Highly recommend Andy for anyone looking for a seamless and honest car‑buying experience.
