Looking for a particular car (year/model) and the dealership was very helpful. I hope they find a car for me - I’d like to give them my business. They’re local and it would be convenient to service my car there.

Hawk CDJRReviews
Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

Berman Nissan of Chicago review
I took my Versa in for the Basic 10,000 miles service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)early morning. I left the car there & I would pick it up later after the Sox game. They suggested a transmission fluid exchange so I approved it. You can just click & sign it on the phone so it was easy to do. After the Sox beat Cleveland, I went over there & they accepted the coupon but then they add the 3% charge for using a credit card! It ate into the coupon's "savings". That was the only part I didn't like about my experience. The car was clean, washed, & ready. The customer service rep was professional & quick so I didn't have to wait too long.

Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

just bought a New Kia Telluride last Friday, and I want to say that I'm more than happy with all the staff at Napleton Kia of Elmurst who helped me with the purchase of my vehicle. Jose in sales was very helpful from start to finish, and Marco in financing answered all the questions that I had. The managers are professional and always making sure that we, as customers received good service and attention. I'm recommending this dealer to friends and family 10/10.

Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago review
James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving
