Susan Ahn at service made me feel welcomed and she took care of my car quick and showed professionalism. She got my car in for service and got me in a rental until my car was ready for pick up. I love this dealership. 2nd lease I have done through them. Super quick experience with lending dept as well. Everyone is so friendly. I used the same salesman for both as I knew he understood I don't have a lot of time. He was so knowledgeable about all the cars and cars in general.
Although we could not "fix" the issue, I must tell you how great it is to interact with everyone at Pacific VW. Michael Sandoval immediately greeted me when I pulled up. When he went to bring my car to the back, Jonathan Rodriguez greeted me quickly and handled the paperwork and shuttles. As always, everyone here is courteous, professional and attentive. Michael was the first person who helped me into a new lease in 2016. He saw how distraught I was with the repair estimate and handled things right away. He was never pushy or sales-y. He was relaxed and engaged, interested in finding the best options for me. I hope Michael, Jonathan and of course Nancy continue to be recognized and rewarded at VW. I'm blanking on the shuttle driver but he was terrific as well. Happy employees make such a huge difference in the success of a company.
It has been a while since Jonathan Rodriguez handled a service request for my Beetle. He is my absolute favorite! Service is always busy and Jonathan is popular. I have been a customer over 12 years and there is no guarantee you will hook up with the same service associate. It was a pleasure working with Jonathan again. This was a simple left-rear bulb outage, however, it was caused by a burned-out socket. As always, Jonathan explained the problem, repairs, costs and time duration. The issue was resolved and I was on my way, confident my vehicle received high-quality service. Jonathan has that special touch that makes servicing your car effortless. Thank you Pacific Volkswagen for recognizing exceptional individuals like Jonathan Rodriguez and having them on your service team.
Jonathan Rodriguez has been my service writer for a number of years. When I has a mysterious cooling system problem I called him, and he was on it right away. He kept me informed as the problem turned out to be even more mysterious than I thought. They kept the car overnight and ran many tests, including road tests. Still a mystery. When I picked up the car the bill was $0.0. I asked Jon if there shouldn't be some charge for all the testing. He responded there was no charge because they didn't find the problem and fix it! My car was returned with all the usual checks, tire pressures set, and sparkling clean! I give Jon and Pacific VW top marks. There will be another chapter when the problem is resolved.
I stopped by last night and met Mark and Israel. Immediately Mark made sure I was comfortable and put me at east about the buying process. He's really a stand up guy, and I felt NO pressure at all. I hope to continue to do business with him and the good people there at M Motorsports.
Good for buying cars, not so good for maintaining.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
Ross and Ramsey were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Super kind, very informative and honest. I was a first-time buyer and they were able to give me a KILLER interest rate and a great payment plan for my financing. Both gentlemen walked me through of all the paperwork and what options I could choose from. I was very impressed by how this smaller family-owned dealership conducted business! As I was shopping for a used car, I went to two other dealerships (bigger franchises) first and did not have the same quality experience that I did at Royal Auto. Plus, my 2014 Toyota Corolla S Plus was at an awesome price and the condition is impeccable. THANK YOU Ross and Ramsey!
We just bought an Audi Q3 from Audi downtown LA. Our salesman Taylor Ngo and his supervisor Kit Chieng were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. This was by far the most pleasant experience we have had a car dealership. I would definitely go back and recommend Audi Downtown LA!
Tred was a great experience,for the test drive they had the owner of the car come meet me and he showed me the car and comfortably let me drive the car however I wanted. It was one of the best car experiences I’ve had!!!
