I had a rather poor experience here. I went because the 4.9 Rating on cars.Com and they had the best list prices for the car I wanted. I went there expecting a good experience and it turned into a 6 hour long ordeal. Within 10 minutes I was dealing with a confrontational sales man who insisted they need to run my credit for me to shop. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. This was the first shady thing. I requested a new sales man. After all I drove 2hrs there and didn't want to waste my time. So I decided on my vehicle and then came the negotiation time. They offered me 5000 under bluebook. Shady practice number 2. At this point I grab my stuff and was getting up to leave. The salesman kindly asked me to wait so I waited for one more offer which was still 3grand under blue book. I inspected the offer they had printed there was also like 5k in service contracts and extended warranties on there I didn't ask for. Shady practice number 2. They don't tell you the terms of the financing I had to confront them About it. At this point I told them I don't have time to play these games, I had already been there for 3 to 4hours, and to make a real offer or I'm leaving. I was pretty furious at this point. 3Rd offer came back with what I was expecting with one small correction they had door edge guards listed on the vehicle and they were not so I had them remove that charge. Even though this dealer ship list there vehicle prices as low on cars.Com they put dealer accessories on everything to boost the price back up. I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
The response from the salesman were very prompt and friendly. I received a couple emails about a Subaru, which I am still interested in I just need time to review my options and not 100% ready to buy just yet.
I've been in the market for quite a while, I was screwed over on my previous vehicle purchase from a Stealership in Sacramento. They gave me a high rate and required downpayment. Fast forward to a year later here at Tracy Volkswagen, Walked on the lot and took a look at the GTI's , i've always been a fan of VW I have owned about 4. Jay the salesman approaches me and immediately puts me on a car that I never even thought about looking at. That was the 2015 Golf Sportwagen Diesel , they had just released them back onto the market. It took me awhile to pull the trigger but the dealership worked with me along the way and they were very transparent . I walked off the lot with 0% financing and 0$ down and at a comfortable monthly payment. I recommend this dealership to any skeptical buyers out there, this place is LEGIT . They got rid of my trade in which i was buried in by interest rate and vehicle price, and put me in a new car no problems whatsoever.
My mom and I were in the market to purchase a vehicle for my Dad who commutes about 200 miles a day . We weren't really sure what we were looking for but Geno (the salesman) pointed us towards the right direction ! All it took was a Hello and he immediately put us in the right car . We ended up purchasing a 2015 Certified Golf TDI , we were skeptical at first because of the whole Diesel Gate incident but Geno made sure we had nothing to worry about . He owned a TDI himself! He was honest and very well informed . He showed us every little feature and even helped us when the Def Fluid light turned on a few weeks after purchase . We are happily getting 46 MPG cruising at 80mph!
I bought the car they advertised (it was a used Lexus at this VW dealership) at the price I wanted to pay. Buying process wasn't as simple as I expected, due to hefty imposed dealer's restocking fee if I chose to return vehicle within required 48 hours after a Lexus dealer's pre-purchase inspection. Best part of the experience was salesman Geno, a very professional, sympathetic and patient young man, who knew how to listen and answer my questions.
Bought a used car. Came from out of town and drive 100 miles to dealer location. Everything went well with the purchase. Financing agent explain all the details of the sale. We felt no pressure and was dealt with honestly.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They always have some kind of special to help save $ on whatever service you need done and always do a great job. They even wash your car so it's clean when you come to get it.
