I was looking for a good used car for my daughter. I came across a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan with low mileage and a GREAT PRICE! I don't enjoy dealing on a selling price with a dealership...the price was right. I emailed the dealer and got a quick response. Called the salesrepand had him physically stand next to the car to verify the features as advertised. I didn't understand how the front seat adjusted so he sent me a video demonstrating the process. I drove 150 miles and ended up buying the car. They were quick getting the paper work together and we drove it home! They have followed up after the purchase....very friendly and customer service oriented.
I was recently searching for a new car and I have to say, this was one of the best locations I have visited. My wife and I had previously scheduled an appointment, and when we got there, we were instantly greeted. They had the color we wanted and they were extremely professional and patient with us and explained every single little detail of the car, prices, and paperwork to us. We got a very dependable Buick sedan, which was exactly what we've been looking for. They even gave us a good deal. I came home in my new car very pleased. I would recommend this location to anyone who's looking for an affordable, yet efficient automobile.
I found my vehicle here on cars.Com and all I had to do was click the "check availablility" button and Diego was on it. I received an email early the next morning, found the vehicle the night before. After a couple of days and a few emails back and forth I had the details and a price quote on our 2011 Routan van. We arrived at this dealership and the entire staff was very attentive. We met with Diego and the floor manager Hoosan, hope I got his name right, then the van was brought out and a little over 3 hours later we drove away. The entire process was very efficient and Manny, guided us through the finance portion easily. He was very professional, but had a personal touch that was quite relaxing. It was like doing business with an old friend. The whole experience today was the best vehicle buying experience I've had in the Bay Area in the over 25 years and over a dozen vehicles I've purchased over those years. It was pleasure doing business with them and I will definately return.
I called a nearby far larger dealer first to get an estimate to realign my headlights. That dealer sent me to an answering machine with promise to "call back as soon as I can..." I hung up and called Sunnyvale VW, was quickly connected to Katherine and soon made an appointment to have the procedure done. As with all things V-10 Touareg, the headlights couldn't be rjust e-aligned, the on-board computer had to be 're-taught, " a process that required a full two hours of the mechanics time. At the end of that period, they returned my car from the bowels of the service shop, now freshly washed and with newly re-aligned headlights. I stayed out late that night so I could check that the lamps were indeed aligned and I'm happy to report the work was done perfectly; no longer will oncoming drivers wince when they come into range of my headlights...
Brought my car in for the first time for some fixes and a maintenance service. Very professional and courteous people working there. The car was fixed and serviced quickly and I had it back the same day earlier in the day. They also have a good online appointment request system. Car seems to be running smoothly and what I needed fixed was done. Everyone working there seems like they want to be there, perhaps because it's a nice place to work? Don't know, but I got everything I needed there. Highly recommend. Also they do VW bodywork/collision repair there with authentic parts!
We bought a car yesterday. Entire family with 3 kids spend a few hours, driving various cars, sitting in them, asking thousands of questions and literally driving the two product specialists nuts. Their patience and professionalism was the reason why we bought at the end. Plus, they just had the perfect car at a great price. But really, everybody who hates buying cars, this is a different experience, including the finance manager.
