First time buying a car alone as a widow and Troy made it a great experience. I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of. Will gladly go back to Troy for future purchases.
2018 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

Very pleasant and helpful. Curtious , patient, and a place I’d like to do business at, if I could travel to the Minneapolis area. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. I was able to purchase locally. 150 miles closer. Would consider purchasing in the future. Thank you!
2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

Worked with Luis while 8 months pregnant in search of our perfect family car. He went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted. He kept in close contact and was very responsive. Even checked in after we had the baby to see how the car was doing for us. We enjoyed every minute from the search, test driving, and buying. Knowledgeable on all things VW and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Luis!

I want to thank Aldo at Walser Mazda in Burnsville for his superior service and attention. He facilitated a trade of one of my vehicles for a different car. The entire process was made very easy due to his diligence and attention to detail. If you are looking to purchase a Mazda or used car from this dealership, I recommend asking for him!
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Park Chrysler Jeep review
We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Haiying Yu as our Business Manager. She helped us finance both a 2015 Honda CRV and a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. From start to finish, Haiying was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and made what can normally be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We had some unique financial considerations, and she worked hard behind the scenes to find solutions that made sense for our family. What stood out most was her transparency and calm confidence. We never felt pressured. We felt supported. She genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision and securing financing that fit our budget. If you’re buying a vehicle, ask for Haiying. She is sharp, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We’re incredibly grateful for her help and would absolutely work with her again. Thank you, Haiying! – Justin Fuller
2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Cars are getting pretty expensive, and you do not buy one casually. It is also, hopefully, a fun experience. Your sales rep is going to be your primary contact, and Anthony Castellano took care of my needs brilliantly. I will have to return to have many questions sorted (these cars are complicated) and I an sure he will be there for me.

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

I made an appointment for 7:30 AM on Monday, but my car was not serviced until midday on Tuesday. Not sure why I needed an appointment. The service representative acted like it was no big deal. I was given a loaner and I was very satisfied with the repairs the ultimately conducted. I just wish I would have known about the one day delay - I altered my schedule to accommodate a Monday pickup and that obviously didn’t work out.
2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Maplewood Toyota review
I had a great experience buying my new car with Mary Thao at Toyota Dealership in Maplewood yesterday. She was patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured into a sale. The entire process from test drive to paperwork was smooth, educational, and transparent. AJ finance department was very educational with all my documents. I love my new car and I highly recommend asking for Mary Thao if you need a car.
2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Looking for a new Ascent and was in the area so I stopped in. Talked with Corey who was very personable and knowledgeable as to the questions I had. He made the experience pleasant and I had a better idea of what I wanted in my next vehicle after talking with him.
2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
While sales noted it has cameras, it is only for backing up, not when parking and looking for a forward camera. Not having either auto fold in mirrors or memory for seat (only available on their most expensive model) turns out to be quite inconvenient. Car is quite comfortable and roomy, especially the 3rd row.

Eden Prairie Nissan review
Mark Leuthard is the type of sales person who genuinely listens and simply shows respect in his communication. He'll make you feel welcome, find you exactly what you're looking for, and patiently work with you every step of the way. His experience and expertise made the entire process absolutely seamless for me. Never a hint of pressure. No frustration as I went back and forth about various options, even different brands. Always an honest answer. Before I knew it, the vehicle of my dreams was signed, sealed and delivered! I think the whole process took less than 2 hours. The dealership is clean, bright and seems to run like a well-oiled machine. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. You'll feel great doing business with Eden Praire Nissan. In particular, ask for Mark Leuthard if you need help with a new car. He is the best I've ever met and just thinking about his conversations with me now still brings a smile to my face. Thanks, Mark!

Luther Kia of Bloomington review
My experience with Luther Kia of Bloomington (Minnesota) has been positive over several trips to the dealership. They treated me fairly and courteously. I feel they are concerned about my future needs with my 2022 Kia Soul which already has 68,000 miles on it. No major expenditures out of pocket so far with the exception of four new tires and a brake job which are ordinary. Best of all, I don't think the dealership misses anything to check. They're very thorough and bend over backwards to accommodate me, whether than means arranging a Lyft or bringing ina tech for a specific issue. The Service Writers keep me informed all along the way with progress and wait time expectations. I'm very impressed with the way they do things at Luther's Bloomington Kia!

My wife was in a pretty bad accident. She walked out perfectly safe. The Atlas built like a tank. We went and purchased another one. Went from a 21.5 to a 22. I’m satisfied with it

My salesperson was fantastic—very patient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time and budget. There was zero pressure to buy, and they answered every question I had without playing any typical dealer games. The finance and paperwork process was also quick, clear, and straightforward. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking for Lesby. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!
2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

2013 Volkswagen Touareg review
This SUV is amazing. It is fully loaded and the panoramic sunroof was the WOW factor that sold me. It rides so smoothly that even Ohio highways seem seamless. I’m still learning my way around the touchscreen computer and I’ll definitely need the manual to direct me because there is more to it than I am used to. Overall it is the pure luxury we were looking for since we are getting older.
