I own a 2016 VW Touareg and the experience has been great. I is luxurious inside and very classy outside. No aggressive lines and is very sturdy. Closing the front doors feels solid like closing a refrigerator. It is expensive to maintain and is very good for long trips because it holds a lot of gasoline in its tank. Even we need it in snowy conditions like in Colorado it has excellent traction and could send the whole engine power to one wheel if need it.

I was very happy with this dealership. Each member of the staff from the receptionist to the sales staff to the finance manager was friendly and professional. We were some of the first customers after they began fully opening after the pandemic and the dealership took measures to make us feel safe. Kudos to our salesperson, Chris Harper and his manager Mo. It was worth the hour drive to purchase our used Beetle.

It is sleek, has the best safety features in it's class that we found, has front and back heated seats in it's cold weather package. Looks great is comfortable and has a very roomy large trunk.

I have been in the market looking for an 2017 Audi R8 v10 for about two months. Really the only way to purchase a rare vehicle of this caliber generally be sight unseen. After some time I narrowed it down to 4 dealerships and Deluxe Auto stood out from the others. Tim Mickens from Deluxe Auto sales quickly responded and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. He sent me videos pictures and went over their entire sales process with an out-of-state purchase. He kept in close contact and always answered all my questions of course I had many. The great thing is he never pushed he was very patient. Throughout the entire process I felt very comfortable with the purchase, it just felt right. Their entire team was very professional in coordinating all of the purchase documents and shipping arrangements. After receiving the vehicle which was as beautiful and flawless as described and in the videos and pictures. Since then I’ve have been contacted several times by the team at Deluxe sales auto making sure everything went well and that I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend purchasing from their dealership of beautiful supercars!!!

The Golf R is really a very unique and individualistic car - 'hot hatch' does not really fit as a descriptor as the 'R' is a much more mature and capable car. The car's ultra-high performance is complimented by excellent road handling thanks to AWD and the torque vectoring rear axle (A system only available in the much more expensive Audi RS3). Some commentators have griped at the price approx. 45K (Without Dealer 'Premiums') - however, as stated, this is a much more mature package that contains almost every option know to man! Head Up Display, Napa leather heated and cooled front seats/heated rear seats, Harman Kardon sound system, Automatically operating IQ lights, etc. etc. The true beauty of the R is that it can be driven as an extremely civilized everyday commuter, or you can unleash its inner demons with fantastically satisfying results! Some critics have commented negatively about the infotainment system and the lack of knobs - I am 66 and have found the system incredibly intuitive and intelligent to use - a little patience never goes amiss! Ultimately, this is a superb performance car that delivers in so many ways - it is mature, precise and measured - an amazing car! No, its not a hot hatch in the traditional sense - it is a car that is far more than that!

I’ve bought 15 cars from Deluxe Auto and they never fail. Oscar the salesman was awesome. Very helpful and very attentive. Great customer service skills and they took care of me. They even went to my house to pick up my trade in for me. They made the process seamless. For as the detailing the car was prepped and very clean. Al Florence and Angelo make it very comfortable payments and very nice experience.

The best way to describe the driving experience of my GLI S: 1. It combines the steering and road feel from a classic 4000cs Quattro or Corrado SLC with 21 century safety equipment and tasty DSG (if you haven't driven one of these go find a 99 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro and drive it) 2. A proven VW/Audi 2.0t mill with oodles of power you will even need for city and highway driving 3. Understated(I don't need to impress you to be amazing) teutonic stying that will age well 4. It can easily haul your family and groceries around 5. It has an impressive warranty (only KIA tops it). 6. Haldex mech diff is a technological marvel that makes you not miss buying a cop a4 or 3 series. 7. It has more personality than any bimmer product I have driven 8. Nothing comes close to it's driving dynamics and steering feel. NOTHING. Everything else (Accord GT, Camry TRD, K5, Sonata, etc) are not in the same league for this price point. All for under 30k The negatives (they are some worrisome niggles) 1. Plasticky interior. Noticeable cost cutting. Not an Audi interior. 2. There are some interior quality control issues like minor rattles and buzzing coming from the driver's side and rear view mirror 3. Reliability remains questionable as the car ages like most of the VW's I have owned in the past. Lease it. Buy only if you can haggle and get a low cap cost. 4. Resale value is not a strong suit. 5. It will not be close to being as reliable as it's competition. 6. VWoA customer service is not great.

The only "compromise" with this vehicle is it is smaller than most other vehicles on the road here in the US. The Golf R will have you quicker than 99% while getting 30 mpg. Fold the rear seats down put just about anything in the car with you. When you get done hauling stuff around, take it to the race track. When you get done lapping all the cars that were carried to the track, in a trailer, park it in your driveway. If you think this vehicle is an all climate, all season commuter vehicle, you are right. No need to rush the purchase. Drive a dozen, at least. This car, in my opinion, has no real compromises. My advice is , to not compromise color, wheel style, low/high milage, a scratch/dent or anything you may see yourself considering as important to you.

Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

The Golf R is an amazing vehicle. 300hp, all wheel drive, active suspension, European quality (the Rs are made in Germany). More than I expected or hoped for when I bought. The only issue I have is slight wind noise at the drivers door in some wind conditions.

Customer service dept is what makes the customer's visit good or bad. This facility has excellent customer service manners, always pleasant!

my wife extended her lease of her acura RLX for an extra year awaiting the new TLX... we finally saw one with two weeks left on her extended lease... let's see.. how do i describe the new TLX...how about blah... the VW dealer is about a mile away when we saw the arteon sitting in the used car area... a certified 2019 SEL R-line... with 2,600 miles on it... owned by one of the managers of the audi dealership next door we were told. living in SW florida, i never would have thought about buying a black car, with black interior, black windows and black wheels... it is nothing short of mean looking... gangsta looking... very impressive. gets tons of looks and questions. since it was certified, we got a 7 year, 84k mile warranty.. when i called the insurance agent.. i told her it was an arteon.. she said "a what"...i have not seen more than just a few on the road.. it is unique.. rides nicely.. goes fast.. good gas mileage.. love all the room under the back hatch.. my only issue is that it does not have an electronic closing button.. even my tiguan has one of those... overall... very happy.

I love this car. there are so many perks, but also a couple cons. 1. I love the interior, the buttons are very easy to understand. 2. I LOVE THE ALERT IT GIVES WHEN YOU'RE TOO CLOSE TO A CAR, literally saved me from so many accidents. 3. it has a third row, which I didn't even find out about until a year after having my car, which was sick. although I love this car, but its not great in the winter. I probably got stuck about 40 times last year (not exaggerating). but I got new tires and were gonna see how it treats me. one of the only things I don't like about the interior is the center console. its really deep and I tend to lose things in there and it gets messy quickly. Overall I want to say that I definitely have emotional attachment to my blue volskwagon Tiguan, and don't know when ill ever let it go. I hope this review helps somebody.

Great value for your money. Surpassed toyota canary for price and value. Only downside small 6.5 screen other than that the gas mileage is through the roof.

I purchased the 2020 MK7.5. I have been driving it for close to 12 months. There was minor niggles such as a blown fuse, the hlove box hinge detaching, right side mirror needing replacing because of a non functioning blind spot light. Other than that I had no reliability issues....Yet. Yes... The car is quick but not super quick, as some have stated but instead some what boring, because hardly anyone will take it on at the lights. lol It is compfortable and quality is good. You get a lot of car, hence the price. Still fahr more affordable than an Audi S3 with less power. Adding a a cutback sport system that utilises the oem flaps and an APR stage 1 ECU and DSG tube made this car even more enjoyable. Given all that, the fuel economy remained the same. I would not hesitate recommending the MK7.5 over the previous Golf R and even the MK 8. I think it is the better car out of all of them.

I 100% recommend this company. I started the process through text and was unable to make the trip to New Jersey to look or pick up the car. I ask for more pictures of the car, more so under it to make sure there was no rust (27 year old car). They were happy to send the extra pictures I requested. Once I got confirmation that this was the car for me the process was very smooth. They even helped with finding someone to ship the car from New Jersey to South Carolina. I had been checking on citizen shipper to find prices to ship the car, but the dealer had someone that did it for $100 less than what I found! Once the car came here it was everything I was looking for runs great and body is in good condition. The process all together took about 2 weeks from initial contact to getting the car.

My experience was phenomenal! My father went with me to purchase a car. We went in there, and they were so friendly. I didn't feel like I was being forced to by something. I have now owned by Arteon for one full year. I opted for the SEL Premium R line with 4-motion. I love this car! This car brings back what has been missing from VW sedans for the last few decades as they have become Americanized. I am Constantly asked “what kind of car is that?” and this is the same question that I used to get with my 1996 Passat. My only complaint... the bit of turbo lag. This is normal and totally expected and even though it’s smooth, it’s not as smooth as the V6 is my last Passat. The Arteon brings elements that you will not find anywhere else. The interior is very VW. I hope the Arteon will be around for a while. I was holding out for a new generation of the ill fated Phaeton but think the Arteon is probably that replacement sedan. So be it. Drive in Sport mode and you will be happy. I am quite surprised by the negative expert reviews-really surprised. Most are selling for well below MSRP which makes a great value! I went to look at the 2021 model and it looks spectacular. Go test drive one. You’ll love the storage and back seat spaces.

I've been here recently, was looking for Audi Q5 with a low mileage. There was a car in a perfect condition here with an extremely low mileage. What is more, I did some research and compared the prices and it was relatively the same as in other dealerships where similar cars were in a much worse condition. Long story short, I was thinking a lot trying to find where the trick is, but couldn't find any and decided to get this car. I don't regret my decision at all! No issues with the car now, it's simply great.

I traded the Atlas for this car after seeing it on the lot while in for service. I was not looking for a new ride, but this car is the epitome of German styling. I have received many compliments from strangers about the Arteon. The interior feels very luxurious and all of the controls are simplistic to use. The power was good for around town and on the interstate. The only complaints I have is tire noise (which isn't terrible). I believe with the SUV craze in the US, this car will not be a top seller and will fade away like the CC. This will be a shame.

I absolutely love my new 2020 Jetta GLI Autobahn. So many features and extremely fun to drive. I would give it a 9 out of 10.

In the first 48 hours of owning the 2019 Arteon, I've received more positive compliments than I ever have in owning any vehicle. It's flat out a good looking car. The fact that it's such a low volume seller only adds to the attention it gets. The downside is mechanical. Most buyers will yearn for 25-30 more horsepower and a snappier transmission. But if you don't push the chassis and expect to drag race from light to light, you will be rewarded with a plush and comfortable ride. Interior is typical VW with good quality. Despite the popular consumer buying guides, the best value is the SEL Premium trim. This is largely due to the electronic aids and comforts that only that trim level has such as 360 camera view, front and rear park sensors, heated steering wheel, rear seating climate control, ventilated front seats among others.

My 2013 Tiguan has 18"x8" CC VW wheels and tall Michelin defender tires. Coupled with a newly installed Bilstein B6 suspension and Forge 2" spacers on the rear, this vehicle looks heftier than its stock equivalent and the 18's do a better job of putting down the 320 ft/lbs of torque the APR Stage 1 chipped 2.0 tsi generates.

Overall, this is one of the best cars I have ever owned. This car hugs the road while providing the opportunity to be a real daily driver. Fast, refined, and full of options which accommodate any driving style. If I have one complaint, it is - yes the same as so many others - the infotainment system. The base model gives you a better feel and option for using actual knobs for some of the specifics, which I find somewhat ironic. If you can manage to get past the infotainment system, you’ll love this car.
