oVERALL, THE DEALER PROVIDED ENOUGH INFORMQTION VIQA OUR COMMUNICATION THAT I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR A TEST DRIVE.
I did not end up purchasing the vehicle due to the carfax report though would ceratinly consider retuning to the dealer due to the pleasurable experience
Exceptional support from the sales staff (Sandy Stein) and the GM (Barry Goodman). Fully explained every aspect of the cost, car features, lease details, etc. This is our 7th car from 128 Volvo and the team there is the primary reason we return. There are many other vehicles we could choose, but we choose 128 Volvo due to the service and family atmosphere from Barry and Sandy.
Service department was very attentive and handled my concern in a very expedient manner. The service manager was very good about communicating options and the waiting area was very comfortable with nice amenities.
Greeted quickly , treated kindly, explained everything and not pushy. Reasonable , timely and efficient ... Julie was terrific at explaining products in the after sale. Bill was so helpful in explaining all my choices
No-pressure test drove; came back and bought that day.

We set out to test drive 3 models one Saturday and went to Volvo of Wellesley first. Josh got us in a vehicle quickly and was very friendly and informative about the options, the features, and the pricing. We left to conduct our two other test drives (without feeling any pressure), then came back 2 hours later and bought the Volvo. Great experience, Josh was very straightforward to work with. Would come back again.
Every visit to this dealership we have been greeted with courteous, friendly, and very helpful. No time just standing around waiting to be helped. They are attentive and really worked hard to satisfy our needs and make car buying easy. Much better price offered on the car than any other dealer nearby.

Josh was wonderful to work with in many ways. He was patient, kind, honest, and seemed excited about making me a happy buyer. He wasn???t too pushy where it turned me off from the purchase (that is very important to me). He let me make my own decision at my own time which is rare when shopping for cars. Josh answered all of my questions and I would recommend anyone to work with josh!
We had an excellent experience with John. He was incredibly kind an accommodating throughout the buying experience. We came in with a list of cars in stock that we were interested in exploring. John walked us around the lot to each car so that we could get a sense of the right mix of price and features that met our needs. He also graciously invited our dog into the show room while discussing the details of the car! Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend work with John for anyone considering a car from Wellesley Volvo.
The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.

This was my first service experience. The professionalism of all staff and the appropriate frequency of updates, made this the experience I’ve had with any dealership. I must note that Prime Volvo is not my closest dealership, yet this experience and my buying experience has made them my dealer of choice. I would specially like to thank Lary in the service department for his ability to connect with a customer and know exactly what to say and when to say it.
Used the TrueCar app. Found vehicle at Prime. They were super helpful and responsive in setting an appointment. Test drove car and bought the exact car we had picked. No sales pitch. No bait and switch. No conversation to get us to switch to another vehicle. The experience could not have been simpler.
We wanted to look at the XC60 and were treated very, very well by everyone at the dealership, from the manager to our sales rep to the leasing agent to the other person who walked us through all the many features of this outstanding vehicle. Great treatment and great customer service.
