We absolutely love the styling and design of the all new XC 90. After owning several of them in the past my wife will drive nothing else. Unfortunately some of the same flaws with the old designer still there. Wonderful factory warranty we have had it in the shop multiple times and of course they cannot figure out what is wrong. If the car sits for more than a week or so without being driven the battery is dead. The navigation shows we are driving in the middle of water or field often has no idea where we actually are. Again we took it into the mobile dealer and had several issues addressed these two issues Are still the same. Very disappointed in a 60+ thousand dollar car

I called from Colorado Springs at 4:30 pm on the 29th of July (Friday) and spoke with Savannah. She quickly looked up the vehicle I was interested in to confirm that it was still on their lot. I explained that my husband and I was still working and that we probably wouldn't get there until sometime between 7:30 and 8:30 (they close at 9:00). She said, "No problem." Then asked, "Please text when on the way so I can hold the vehicle for you". She further explained that she would have the vehicle up front for us as we pull into their lot. When we got there at 8:15, she was still with another customer but had planned in advance to have another sales rep/manager (Warren) to assist us while she was detained. It didn't take long for her to finish with the other customer when she took us out on a test drive. To shorten the story, we love the vehicle. Savannah and the finance department (thank you Jon) filled out all the necessary paperwork and had us out of there shortly after 10:00. During our wait, she treated us to complimentary snacks & drinks and showed us the massage chair. We got a GREAT deal with AMAZING service in an absolutely beautiful showroom. I am so sorry that we kept them open way later than their closing time. Again, THANK YOU to Savannah, Warren, Jon and all the other employees that made our buying experience pleasant.

Drove a XC90 R-Design and liked this vehicle a lot. Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation.

This Volvo wagon is a good looking car, every were I go, people wants to see the car inside. It runs beautiful on the roads of Puerto Rico. I was looking at other Volvo autos at the dealership, but I saw the wagon and make the purchase. The only issue was the price, I paid a premium for buying in PR, $85,000.00 dollars.

I had a car accident last weekend that was a total loss, so I was in the market for a new car. I made the drive from Colorado Springs to Groove Subaru due to the amount of positive reviews I read about this dealership. Joe Schlitter greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me out without pushing anything on me. This is always a huge fear for me when buying a car, that I'll get pushed into something I'm not happy with. The car we were looking at ended up not being perfect for me, so Joe walked me back out to the lot without blinking an eye or making me feel badly about the time we had already spent. My 20 year old son is looking for a 2006 Subaru WRX STI. He has done alot of research and wanted that specific year and model. ADI had a 2006 and a 2007. He called Mike at ADI and set up the appointment and my son asked me to join him. He already had values for his Jeep trade in and the cars being considered for purchase.I explained to Mike that this was my sons first car buying experience and I as there to help. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle and then allowed them to inspect the trade in for value. Mike offered his deal and allowed my son and I to discuss all the variables without interruption. In the end we could not get the numbers to a place where we felt comfortable. Mike even let us drive other cars on the lot as I attempted to get my son to make a more practical purchase. End the end Mike gave my son some advice, "listen to your father." How many salespersons say that! We left without any hassle and he invited us back anytime we wanted to see any vehicle. ADI has a GREAT selection of unique vehicles. Mike explained how they purchase, manage inventory and sell. Seemed very open and honest about everything. The vehicles were so nice I will definitely look at buying my next vehicle from ADI! Nice job guys!

Steve Cantrell took very good care of us. Our car broke down in Colorado Springs and we rented a car to get to Denver. Our car, a Chevy Tahoe with over 293,000 miles required a tow. We got a rental car to get to Denver for some appointments. We had no plans to get a new car. I went to Short Line as we had previously looked at Enclave's on the internet because of the mileage on our vehicle. I went to Short Line and Steve explained the difference between the Traverse, the Acadia and the Enclave. I did a test drive and really like the Enclave. I went to meet my wife with the rental car and then came back to look at Enclave's. Steve explained the difference in the models and then allowed us to go out and look at the various models and colors. Again we were not prepared to purchase a car but he worked with us to get our insurance cards, even though our vehicle was in Colorado Springs and assisted us in applying for financing. My wife's dad was a GM employee but we had no authorization code as we had not anticipated buying a new car. He worked with us to get all of the paperwork completed to buy the car and obtain the financing and explained we could get the authorization code later. He was very patient and understanding and did not pressure us at all to purchase a vehicle. I would highly recommend him to deal with any of our friends. without him we would likely not have a new car that we love.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

First we got the best car we have ever had. I am 64, & my wife is 78...so that is saying something! But then to only need a service once a year compared to the old days of every 4-6 months is really awesome! But then to have been able to but this 2016 Volvo XC-70 at 0% interest, and all these services are free is something that is truly extraordinary. It has felt like we won the lottery with every aspect of the Volvo, Secor sales, & service dealership. Everyone had been kind, very friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained in terms of customer service. The cherry on top of everything I have already said is that you also washed & vacuumed the car with every one of our services! WOW!!! We have told and shown our car to many hundreds of our friends & family—letting them know how wonderful this Volvo & Secor dealership experience has been! Thank you so much! We will never buy any other car brand or dealership for the rest of our lives!

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Keeps getting odd electrical faults

My Volvo S90 has many odd electrical faults, heads up display, when getting close to a vehicle in front with cruise control on some times the white car in heads up display disappears and also it as cancelled. The problems started with my car doors unlocking, the windows opening, and the boot lid open. Some times when I use my indicators to turn left the car slows. The radio cuts off. and many more faults. This car is still under warranty . And help would be great full

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

Super attractive SUV ! BUT , the headrests jam one's neck so far forward, it caused us neck pain, and the dealer ignored us . Any MD or Chiropractor would look at this seat profile and lament it . XC90 performs so well ! It is so lush so plush so atractive. But the neck pain is a deal breaker . Also just to change the station or adjust the fan/AC/heat is a 4 step process on a screen = major distracted driving !! Love 90% of this vehicle ; but the above is a deal breaker . Hope it improves for future or will never buy one again.

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

Twice now I have used the team at Prestige Inports to service my Cars, and both times have been great. The first time I brought my Audi in because it was making a weird noise. It took them a while to diagnose and fix the problem, but they nailed it. No one else was able to figure it out. The second time, I brought my ???78 928 in for an alignment. And they got it just right. When the mechanic took it for a test drive, he wasn???t entirely pleased, so he aligned it again. And it is perfect now. It drives like a brand new car. on vacation in co. the oil plug in our 14 Hundai came out in Idaho Springs, (70 mph) . Got towed to Planet Hundai where they immediately took our car in, checked the engine and determined we needed a new engine. They talked to our dealer in Iowa and both agreed they would pay for the new engine, furnish us a rental car for the duration. The mgr. Josh , other mgs. involved, the mechanic, I thought went out of their way to let us know the progress that was being made. All in all they made what could have been a real nightmare into a point where we knew this would be taken care off with no worries on our part. Again we can't thank everyone involved at Planet Hyndai enough. '
