This is the second S60 I have owned, previously having had a 2006 S60R. I traded in that vehicle for my current vehicle, an S60 R Design with the Polestar software upgrade. The current iteration of the “R”, although fast, with great brakes, is not a true sports sedan. The previous vehicle accelerated more quickly, tracked truer, and had a suspension more suited to a car billed as a “performance. ” model. Although my newer R-Design is quite fast, and handles quite well, it possesses an inherent “softness” which lowers the fun quotient a bit.
Had a great experience dealing with Mark Ferguson! He was patient and stayed late to make sure I found what I wanted. Everyone from the manager to the finance dept was outstanding. I would recommend Crest to anyone!

I purchased this Volvo because I had driven a similar model on vacation a year and a half ago and fell in love with it then. Although the acceleration speed does always bother my wife, the handling allows us to go on curvy roads and now her car sickness is almost non existent.
I went to Crest after a very bad experience at another car lot. Douglas Aaron was who I was told to ask for and he was God sent. Very funny, patient, knowledgeable and really good at what he does. He made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, showed me 6 vehicles and double checked all of the discounts and everything. I feel in love with a 2016 Volvo S60 T5 Inscription....low mileage and such an amazing deal!!! He could tell it was the one. Sam even worked with finance to get me in the car that day. And it was a different feeling...not pressure, just a genuine want to get me in the car I fell in love with. Well, as if it wasn???t amazing enough, I left it there and returned in 2 days. The insurance quotes were so expensive, I left and returned on Monday. They gave me insurance contacts and that was even nice. Numbers still not we???re i needed them to be and in walks Chad. He introduced himself and made me feel like family. He and the staff got me in the car that day!!!!! Even though it was later in the afternoon, Jorge and Micheal took their time explaining everything to me in detail about the finance and warranty part. Douglas showed me how to work all of the bells and whistles on the vehicle. He actually called me today to see how I was enjoying my new car!!!! Over the top professional service at its finest. I???ve been telling everyone about my awesome experience! Everything happens for a reason sometimes, the world gets away from genuine hospitality. I am so grateful for everyone there. Definitely apart of the family and will be back!!!!

Between check engine lights and massive water leaks and worn out brakes at 20k miles this truck isn’t worth the hype. The made in China stamps I see on a lot of the interior parts confirm this thing is cheap. The dash board leather peeling off and did mention water leaks. Also still uses too much oil,factory says pistons and rings are no good oil light comes on.
Chris Freeze was excellent in advising me on the service that was required. I genuinely appreciate his professionalism and honesty. Both are rare these days.

The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.
Very straightforward. Barry was extremely relaxed and put us at ease. He had two new vehicles that he thought fit our needs already pulled up. Extremely efficient. Crest Volvo experience was smooth and relaxed. I appreciate Barry and his preparation, attentiveness, and care. We are very happy with our new Volvo and our experience at Crest.

I traded my Range Rover Evoque for this vehicle and this vehicle has everything I loved about the Range Rover and more. The driving experience and comfort of this vehicle is amazing. The simplicity of the touch screen is a definite plus as well as all the other features. It's a very modern, fun vehicle to drive.
I was looking to purchase a used BMW 328 with less than 50,000 miles. Using the Capital one bank automobile locater program I found one that i wanted to test drive. I called Crest Volvo to set up the appointment. Barry was waiting at the receptionist desk when I came in after work. Barry was super professional and easy to deal with. I didn't feel any pressure at all. This was the best car buying experience that I ever had.

This car meets my families needs. It has a great infotainment system. The chairs are comfortable and it has a lot of safety features. The XC90 T6 suprisongly has a lot of power for a 4-cylinder.
Just purchased a 2018 Volvo XC 90 R Design and I have to say Barry made the sales experience super easy with no pressure whatsoever. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. If you???re looking for a new or used Volvo I???d highly recommend you go see Barry Pinlac. He???s been with Volvo for 14 years and he will treat you as you???d want to be treated. Also, Sam the sales manager was great too!

Recent trip to Pa. 3100 miles 119 gals gas,26 mpg highway and 2 lane mountain. This car handled back mountain roads like dream even in downpour. I gave it a 4star on interior design because it could use more leg room in second row seating.
I've owned my s60 Inscription Platinum for 18 months, having purchased it through the Volvo cpo program that is one of, if not the best in the industry (7 year 100,000 mile warranty - no deductible). I get many positive comments on this car. The sleek exterior look of the car is something different from the obligatory Audis or BMWs. I owned an Audi A4 that was plagued with various ills (transmission primarily). Everything on this s60 works to perfection and I've have had no problems whatsoever. This car has a powerful standard engine, huge rear legroom with extras that are worthwhile such as rear side curtains and rear window shade. The sensus entertainment system is actually very easy to operate although I've seen some auto writers who seem mystified by it. The blind spot information system and the adaptive cruise control make highway driving so much safer and pretty much a pleasure, to say nothing of the comfort of Volvo's front seats. Since I'm getting along in age, the comfortable seating is a very welcome and outstanding feature. This is my first Volvo but I have had a very positive experience with it.
Nice exterior styling, has high sides, but partly due to a steel cage that is built around the car and part of Volvo being one of the safest cars to drive. Nice wheels and I like the rear design also. The Inscription has the light leather color that I've always wanted, and a choice of digital design for the instrument panel, as well as color. Intuitive computer screen and well laid out interior design as well. The turbo 5 cylinder engine is smooth with no noticeable turbo lag and plenty or H.P. and torque. I did want to get a 5 cyl. as they won't be around much longer. It burns regular gas and has a 4 year warranty with 3 year free maintenance. I like the fact that it has the same size wheels all around to be able to rotate tires, and the AWD system is matched perfectly to give good grip around corners. Other AWD vehicles I've owned don't seem to be this sticky on the road, and this car will give you what you need when asked.
Super & Turbocharged engine gives this car a high thrust to weight ratio! Lots of safety features. Very comfortable and looks great. A bit pricey. Overall reliability is good but bells and whistles sometimes need adjusting, all under warranty though.
I have had this car for about a month now, and I love it. I went for the 316hp T-6, and I am glad that I did. It is fun to drive. I got it with the air suspension and when you put it in Dynamic mode is does not feel like the 7 passenger SUV that it is. That "can do" spirit from the supercharged and turbocharged 4 cylinders mated with the "I got a gear for that" smooth shifting 8-speed automatic just makes you smile. It feels and handles like a sports car. The Bowers & Wilkins stereo is worth it! I hear sounds from old tunes that I have never heard before. I got a great deal on it as well. It is a luxury car and worth every dollar! PS - it is also my truck, I haul stuff in it and with both rear rows folded a lot of stuff, and it cleans up great for a night out.
Bought this car from a Ford dealership. It has a 60 day warranty associated with the purchase. There was a squeaking coming from the engine, which turned out to be moisture in the carburetor. Also flashed low battery. Apparently, this is a common theme with the Volvo. Battery is in perfect condition, but the dashboard still states there is a problem. I just haven’t bothered to reset it. Mileage is OK and I average about 19 to 20 mpg. Stereo is great. Bluetooth connects well. The ride is fantastic. Engine has a ton of oomph. I love this car. Great value for the price. I paid 14,000 for it with 73,000 miles.

I like the engine performance
The SUV has good handling and performance,the brakes work well.
The console display has failed once and looks now it is to fail again.
