Avoid this place like the plague

The most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Took 3 days and many attempts to get a response off the emails listed on the website for service advisor. Finally made appt. Show up to drop truck off and had to wait for advisor to get done with a personal call and hear how much she loved whoever the xxxx she was talking too. Got laughed at when asked if I could get shuttled to airport, never contacted my insurance agent as requested, never responds to emails, truck sat there almost a month waiting for its appointment which NEVER happened because apparently the advisor was on vacation and nobody gives a xxxx about the customers time anymore. Was told that I'm the problem. Was told that if "I'm cool" they'll look at it tomorrow but wouldn't be able to do anything other than the diagnosis until advisor returns from vaca..xxx??? "but if I'm mad then just come get the truck". xxx??? Truck is now at a competitors shop and I'll never ever step foot into Williston Auto ever again, no matter who owns, runs it or manages it. More great reviews to come as well!

Drive a little, Save A lot!

I had been looking for a Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon for a number of months. I expanded my search using AutoTraders.com and found a 2019 Canyon at Williston Auto. I called and talked to one of the salesman who answered all my questions and took a number of additional pictures of things I wanted to see close up. They were able to give me the history of the car as it was traded in by one of their regular customers. Now I live about 400 miles away so a test ride wasn't feasible. I was interested and the price would make it worthwhile. So I asked to visit directly with the sales manager and we were able to agree at a mutually agreeable price and I put down some earnest money via credit card to hold the vehicle until I could drive up the following weekend to view the car in person. My wife and i made the 400 mile trip to Williston and found the dealership. I admit the building is dated and reminded me of a dealership from the mid 1980's. But I didn't care since I was saving about $2,800 over the price of a comparable vehicle at a different dealership with the shiny new showroom. I was quite happy to make the deal in this 'vintage' where the overhead must be less. I looked the car over and found it to be as advertised. They did lose one of the remotes and keys but they promised to get a new set and have them programmed at my local dealership at their expense which they did. While it is their policy to provide a 1/2 of tank of gas on used car purchases, they did give me a full tank after I gave them a little guff about not having enough gas in the tank to get me home. Oh by the way, the Canyon averaged 25 to 27 MPG on the trip home which is much higher than the EPA estimate. Another bonus! I have had the vehicle for about 3 weeks now and am loving it! My local dealer called a couple days ago to let me know they got in 2017 Chevy Colorado (2 years older) with 10,000 more miles than my 2019 has and I could get it for only $30,600 which is $1,800 more than I paid and wasn't as well optioned. I told them I found a great deal 400 miles away and will be in contact with them again when making future purchases so if they want my business (in their shiny new showroom), they will have to do much better than my dealership of choice in Williston. I had to drive a lot of miles to get there, but for the nearly $3,000 in savings over the other dealers I was working with, it was well worth the $120 in gas and overnight stay in a motel. So if you are looking for a great deal and don't mind an older showroom, Williston Auto is a place to consider.

New Car Buying

Went in and bought a new car yesterday from Williston Auto, the overall experience was truly amazing. Annesse, was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. I felt like she really listened, to the type of car I was looking for, as well as what I wanted to spend. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!
