Stay far away

I drove 3 hours to look at a car they advertised. The car was in much worse shape than described and shown in pictures. Going against better judgment I bought it anyway. On the drive back the car developed a shake and vibration. The inner fender liner came undone and fell off. On tope of everything the front passenger wheel was cracked and needed replaced. I was also promised a second key would be included with the car and would be shipped to me. I've contacted the dealer multiple times with little more than false promises being made. I would recommend staying far from this dealer and buying from anywhere else. Very disappointing.

They actually delivered when others said no.

I made the trip to Ohio from PA to a different dealership that assured me I could get into a car. I sat there for hours while they tried to "help" me but in the end told me I'd never qualify for a car and told me to basically go away. I found a car that I liked on the cars.com app and it was at Squared Auto. Chad was very friendly and allowed me to test drive the car by myself. They were able to get me approved and I purchased the Dodge Journey. The Journey did have an issue which they fixed at no charge to me. The car has been great! The payment is half of what my other car is and I actually like the Journey better. Things are definitely improving. Squared put me into a reliable car that allowed me to start fresh. Even the finance company they got me bought with has been straightforward and very pleasant.

EZ PZ

Fastest, easiest car buying experience. The free carfax and their upfront sales approach was great. Loved my new BMW. I wish the car would have been detailed, but I was in a hurry to get it. No worries.

Where to begin.

Where to begin.... I drove 7 hours for a vehicle they showed me old pictures and videos of just to get me to their dealership! I started out having a great experience with one of their salesmen, Brandon . We had several phone conversation and texting conversations that carried over a span of several days. Many pictures and videos were shared between us for a Cadillac Escalade that I was so interested in that I agreed to drive from Baltimore, Maryland to Akron, Ohio where this dealership is located. When I arrived, there was 1 foot of snow, so Brandon told me the dealership was not going to open for the day. Therefore, I was forced to find a hotel for the night which wasn't that big of a deal since I thought I was there for what seemed to be a great deal on a "nice" vehicle. Fast forward to the next morning....I reached out to Brandon 1st thing in the morning. Again, Brandon tried to delay and told me that the truck wouldn't be ready until around noon, but wouldn't give an exact reason as to why. I explained to him that I needed to get back on the road since it was going to take me 7 hours to get back home. When Brandon finally agrees to meet me at the dealership the truck was a COMPLETE disaster! The outside looked like a different truck. Scratches, dents, rust (rust that was supposed to be repaired prior to me getting there) etc.....none of which were in the pictures or videos that were sent to me before I made the 7 hour drive to Ohio. The inside was even worse if that was even possible! Absolutely disgusting - floor mats were filthy and stained along with the seats being stained and torn. The entire truck reeked of smoke as if someone sat in that truck for 3 years with the windows up and smoked boxes and boxes of cigarettes...and I'm a smoker, so that tells you how bad the smell was. It was apparent the pictures and videos Brandon sent to me to lure me to his dealership were very different than the actual condition of how that truck sits today. Brandon even admitted to the pictures and videos being old. That being said I was obviously extremely upset. So after I drove 7 hours to get there, spent money to rent a truck, money to rent a trailer to haul the new truck back home, money to for my hotel room, the only thing Brandon offered me was to deduct $500 from the total cost of the vehicle!! So I asked to speak to the manager of the dealership thinking there must be more they could do after how poorly this experience was going. The manager came out pretty quickly, but just to immediately agreed with Brandon stating there was nothing more they could do, other than offer the $500 discount. Needless to say, I did not make a purchase with this dealership, will never be going there again and will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone we know! Awful customer service and not very honest employees.

Before walking in , I had already had conversations with the sales person about the vehicle so there was a familiarity already. Got the price and payment I wanted with no hassle.
