our expert's take

What Is the 2020 Toyota Sienna?

The Toyota Sienna minivan offers seating for up to eight in three rows and competes with the Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Pacifica and Kia Sedona. It’s the only new minivan that offers all-wheel drive — at least for now. The Sienna is powered by a 296-horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 engine that works with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

What’s New on the 2020 Toyota Sienna?

Nightshade Editions of SE and SE Premium trim levels are now available. Features include a black mesh grille, black door handles, a black spoiler, black mirror caps, black badges and black wheels.

What Features in the 2020 Toyota Sienna Are Most Important?

If you’re in the market for a minivan with all-wheel drive, look no further: The Sienna is currently your only choice. Standard active safety features include adaptive cruise control, automatic high-beam headlights, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection and lane departure warning with steering assist. A 360-degree camera system, blind spot warning and rear cross-traffic alert are optional. Available entertainment features include a Wi-Fi hot spot and rear-seat entertainment system.

Should I Buy the 2020 Toyota Sienna?

The Sienna is a very good choice for families, offering Toyota reliability and resale value along with a host of safety features. The Sienna may not be that exciting, but it’s hard to beat for utility and passenger space. It also offers enough entertainment and technology features to keep everyone entertained on long drives.

Love the car. Comfortable, reliable and practical! Love the 4 cup holders up front. The electric folding seats in back are also great (limited edition) I’d highly recommend this van

  • Future camping in and out of my Sienna

My car needs and life changed suddenly and a rethink of what I was driving made me choose a used Sienna with the idea of needing more room for camping, camping gear and possabilities of cargo hauling.

  • Very nice mini van!

I like the comfort of the ride, and that I can get three friends and four sets of golf clubs in the vehicle, and we all have plenty of room. It's also easy for my wife to get in the vehicle with severe arthritis in her knees and feet.

  • 3rd.sienna.love it!

the 4 wheel drive has never let us down when needed. Love the built in sun shades. Cargo capacity is great. Love the driving safety features . Could use more efficient storage for stuff in the driver and passenger area.

  • Best minivan currently sold

I absolutely love the sienna. My last one, a 2011,had almost 300k miles when I sold it. I plan to drive this new one a lot. I refuse to own a hybrid,so had to get this v6 before discontinued. I own the limited and love the reclining seats in the back. The leather is amazing. The van handles so well. You won't ever regret owning this car.

  • This is my third Sienna. Love them.

It is very comfortable for travel. Lots of legroom, even in rear seats. Surprisingly, a lot of storage space as well. Gas mileage isn't bad.

  • This is our third Toyota Sienna XLE !! Reliable***

This van meets all of our needs!!!!! It is a very smooth ride and handles nicely. It has much more electronics than our 2011 van. We are impressed with all of the technology.

  • Loves Siennas

I have been sold on Toyota Siennas for years. My newly-purchased 2020 Sienna is the 3rd I have owned. Previously, I owned a Toyota Previa, which Toyota replaced with the Sienna. This vehicle addresses my cargo and pet needs, as well as my practical approach to travel, without sacrificing a nice looking vehicle.

  • Exactly what I wanted.

Has all the things I need and not a lot of extras I did not want. The seats are easy to move for loading space. It still gets good gas mileage.
