CarMax Maple ShadeReviews
CarMax Maple Shade review
My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.
2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Working with Miles, who serves as my sales representative has been absolutely amazing. During this is an out of state purchase, my wife and I experienced a family emergency. Miles presented us with options so that we wouldn't miss out on purchasing the vehicle we've been looking for 2 months. His is an amazing person and salesman.

Thompson Lexus Doylestown review
After years of buying cars. Car dealers weren't my favorite place to shop. But I have to say when I walked into Thompson Lexus doylestown I didn't feel like I was dealing with salesman but a friend. The process was smooth and easy. My salesman Matt couldn't have been nicer. And worked with me all the way through the process it was so easy. All the staff was friendly. I saw the car I liked and I had it within a day. I would definitely recommend going to Thompson Lexus Doylestown.

CarMax East HavenReviews
CarMax East Haven review
Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????
