I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. Greg Pew and Sharon were awesome during my first purchase and they were again awesome last month. The process was seamless, the time that was spent getting me familiar with the new cabin was great, and the financing process was quick and easy. I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
For 11 years I have been bringing my Mdx in for service. Your service department is excellent, just turned 180000 and my car is not even breathing hard, I???m sure I have at least 200000 miles left, when the wheels fall I???ll get another set.
Juan Torres was especially helpful in my recent purchase of an Acura RLX. He displayed great knowledge and patience as I pondered my purchase. His experience from working his way up through the company helped my comfort level. The friendliness of Juan and the entire team was a good experience.
Juan Flores is the man. My family got our first Acura here years ago and it was about time that we went back for another one. My parents primary language is not English, but Juan was very patient and flexible with the process in helping us get a deal done. I had the opportunity to speak with him on the phone and he was extremely professional and courteous in trying to help us get a deal done.
