Timely response to bottom line, out the door price pricing on a vehicle we were shopping. While they responded as requested, the pricing at another dealer was quite a bit better and got the sale.

This Acura has always been notch. While the Acura dealership is being remodeled, they are in the used car building of on my MDX. I walked over to the new cars. The MDX was far out of my comfort zone, the RDX still was out of my comfort zone then I was drawn to the ADX. Explained to the salesman I did not like salesmen running back and forth, coming up with different prices. All I wanted to know was what was the price and the least amount on payments. My husband recently passed away and I?m on a very tight budget. My MDX had close to 250,000 miles. It was a 2014. I loved to my MDX. I definitely was worried about the age, the mileage and I was the cars that the white paint pealed-tried to work with Acura years ago on it, to no avail. I was two months late on the recall. Still left a very bad taste in my mouth. I actually worked with my salesman and the manager of both Honda and Acura. These two gentlemen were outstanding. They asked if I would be interested in a lease, I was said a very quick no. They fully explained a lease worked. They got the payment down so that it would be comfortable for me.

Luis was great! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He got my RDX in and out in less than an hour. I've been getting my vehicle serviced at GF since I purchased it in 2023 and service is consistently excellent!

Dana and Kenny were very helpful. Spent time with my wife and I to test drive 3 vehicles in the cold and walking all over the lot. We are checking their website for transfer vehicles as the cars we wanted were all marked sold already. Thanks guys!

Steve Rotonda was great to work with. His communication and diligence through the entire ordering and purchase process could not have been better. My wife and have a 2011 Acura MDX, not purchased from this dealership. I brought the car to the dealership for service. We were very pleased by the outstanding service and professional staff there. We were given a MDX as a free loaner while our car was getting its services and detailing. We live in Lakewood, and will continue to drive here for service and new vehicle purchase when the time comes.

Best purchase of a new car I have ever had. With all the noise of very few new cars to choose from, I found that not the case with them. Got the car the color at a fair price and on my way in with very little time spent at the dealership.
