I received my 2013 TL in 2017 with 25000 miles on it now it’s got 93000 miles on it in 2023 and runs and looks as good as it did in 2018 great used cars 🚗 love my TL . Only problem I had with mine is charging the battery replaced brakes. New tires 🛞 normal maintenance. Best used car till this day 👍

K so first off, I love Subarus. I grew up with Ford and had a little Honda for six years, and now I definitely drank the Subie Kool-Aid. I bought my first Subaru in Fort Worth- good experience. Had it serviced once at Subaru in Denton - not so good experience. Thankfully Five Star Subaru in Grapevine opened. I’m home!! Every time I bring my car in to use my awesome maintenance package oil changes and upkeep, I have a 10 on a 10 scale experience. Great people, great atmosphere, great service. Wild hair last month, I traded my Crosstrek in for a slick new WRX. Vic Alicea was my sales consultant. He was FUN, smart, real and super engaging. Vic did NOT push me, which I totally appreciate. In fact - He let me test drive this beautiful beast and then sent me away to think about it. Left me wanting more! Of course I came back - It’s a WRX. And I got an excellent price!!!! Brian Button was my money contract guy - again very smart, efficient, charming and not interested in games. Finishing up, Vic explained all the details of my car to me. Vic made sure I got the emails he already sent to me and made sure I knew how to contact someone for help if I needed it. As I was leaving (grinning ear to ear), the sales manager came out to personally ask me if I was happy. Very genuinely interested in my experience. This team is doing it right. P.S. Today I bought a pre-owned Volvo V40. Eric Glover took my call yesterday and sold us the car today. He's a good salesman and made our experience a very pleasant one. Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

We had a great experience at Cransh! Found the first car for our new teenage driver. Love their policy of preventative maintenance and getting those cars that already have some miles on them ready for more! The best part, a small problem popped up with the car after we took it home, and like a boss, they were on it and made it right! We have another teenager set to drive in 2 years and we will shop first at Cransh Auto! Ask for Jason! He was out point person and did a great job!

I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! Love Honda of Fort Worth and will definitely recommend to friends and hopefully return if I ever need a new car!

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.
