I had a very pleasant experience at Webb Hyundai. I was greeted at the door by Dave Cox and several hours later left with my dream car. Dave was pleasant, knowledgeable about the cars he showed me and most of all, Dave never made me uncomfortable with a hard sell attitude. Dave and the dealership worked hard to reach a price point that I was agreeable with and offered a number of perks to complete the deal. I would highly recommend Webb Hyundai and especially Dave Cox if you are interested in buying a car.

I got a good deal. It was great to work with sales men and manager and finalize the deal. They were very understanding. However, customer service especially after the deal is over was not to my expectation. I wanted to follow up on payment paper work and title. Their response was not in timely manner and not very welcoming like before buying the car.
I was new to area and decided to go to McGrath Acura in Westmont after reading through many of the Acura dealer reviews. I had planned on visiting 2 or 3 dealerships to find the best deal and service; however, I ended up only going to McGrath Acura and now have a beautiful new white TLX. Jeremy was my sales rep and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. I highly recommend going to see him as he was not only professional and honest, his finance background really helped provide good feedback during the process. I enjoyed getting to know him and we actually even went across the street to grab lunch together. I was provided incredible service from the whole team, Kevin, Keith, Spiro, Melissa, and Wally. Clearly I spent a lot of time there and had a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.
I was greeted by Jackie Guzman. What a pleasure to work with her. She heard what I was saying and went with my wants. She even made it fun. She asked the Sales manager Victor P. to help out. What a good guy. Found me a great Soul gave me a great deal. This dealership let me leave with their car for 3 days because my credit is always kept on freeze. Victor told me when I returned with the Soul if I didn't want it no questions asked, no problem. Well I love my cute car.

Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
I emailed them with a question about a vehicle in stock and they responded very quickly with the info I requested. They were straight forward with the response and did not attempt to "sell" me on anything.
Once you go to a few dealers you start to see a trend of how they just want to sell you a car. This was one of my last three places on my list to visit but it easily became my last. The salesman, Bryan Garcia I believe, was extremely helpful and broke away from that role of a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions and made me really feel like he actually cared I left happy. For all future car purchases I will definitely be coming to Bryan first for help before anyone else. I could have hoped for a better experience.
While browsing for a new ILX I spoke with Tony Vukosavljevic and was extremely satisfied in his friendly, honest, and informative approach to helping me in my search. I will be considering all my options and definitely will be visiting Tony again when I'm ready to make a purchase.
