2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

2014 Acura RDX review
As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

2021 Acura RDX review
Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

My PMC edition is #66 of only 200 made. The NSX color of Long Beach Blue is unique to the RDX PMC and looks fabulous. This mid-size SUV does everything well. I'd find it hard to have made a better choice for myself. And, I am a former NSX owner as well

I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Rose Strelbicki. Rose really listened to what I wanted – but, just as importantly, she listened to what I didn’t want. She was personable, honest, responsive, and a great communicator throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how straightforward everything was. There was no irritating back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling like I had to negotiate every little detail. Rose made the process easy and actually enjoyable. I ended up with a new car that I love, and I would absolutely recommend Rose to anyone looking for a Nissan and a genuinely pleasant car-buying experience.

Mike was my salesperson and Jared was my finance manager that were incredibly helpful. They had to deal with a challenging situation with their system upgrades, but navigated the situation perfectly and got me into my new car within 24 hours. I really liked working with them both and highly recommend the dealership!
2023 Acura MDX review
The salesman called me as a follow up to my inquiry of the car from cars.com He was is simple terms - unprofessional. He acted as though we were drinking buddies. His vocabulary was very slang, from the hood. His experience is lacking on how to talk to an adult. A car is an investment. It’s a very personal buying experience. A buyer needs to feel assured about the car and dealership before buying. Strongly recommend to buy a car from another dealership than cars connect in Tallahassee, Florida.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Honda CR-V! Michael was an excellent salesman-friendly, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Dustin, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was serviced and completely ready for me to drive off with. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the entire experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely be doing business with them in the future!!
2023 Acura MDX review
It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

Corey and company did a beautiful job and got my car back to me the same day.
2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

Crown AcuraReviews
Crown Acura review
Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and Unmatched Honesty! I recently had an outstanding experience at Crown Acura and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier vehicle service or a stress-free dealership environment. I actually purchased my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Acura MDX from a different dealer, but before I bought it, I reached out to Chris McGrew, the General Manager at Crown Acura. Because the SUV was originally purchased and serviced at his facility, Chris was able to shed light on its exact history. Even though he knew I was ultimately buying it from another dealership, he took the time to review the records, told me the car was in great condition, and genuinely recommended that I get it. There was absolutely zero pressure from him or his staff to change my mind or buy from them instead. When the MDX needed some warranty work completed later on, I brought it straight back to Crown Acura. I was paired with service representative Ashley Rubensaal, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the warranty service that needed to be performed, and she seamlessly arranged a loaner car for me so my day wasn't interrupted. This wasn't my first time at Crown Acura; I have been to this dealership several times before, and the staff is consistently polite, helpful, and never pushy. I would have gladly purchased my MDX directly from them, but they just didn't have the specific year and model combination I was hunting for at the time. On top of the stellar customer service, the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. Plus, it is located right off the freeway, making it incredibly convenient and easy to access. If you want a dealership with true integrity, go see Chris, Ashley, and the team!

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Thank you for all that Spitzer NORTHFIELD and the service team does for me and my family. Stay Well God Bless... Chuck Montgomery

Audi of Bedford review
I purchased a 2024 Audi A5 Cabriolet today from Dan Strebler. He was outstanding in helping me complete the deal! He answered all of my questions, returned phone calls promptly, and he had such a positive and cheerful personality. He really was motivated to help me secure the deal and worked in tandem with Nick to give me the best price on my trade ins. My wife absolutely loves the new convertible and I do too! It was a great experience in car buying and I am very grateful to Dan for his assistance, professionalism, and willingness to help make our dream car come true! Logan, the tech coordinator, and Kareem Salam, the finance manager , were most helpful as well. They were knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Audi of Bedford! Great car buying experience because of a great staff!
2024 Acura MDX review
We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

2019 Acura MDX review
My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

2026 Acura MDX review
The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

Audi of Bedford review
I had an excellent experience in purchasing my 2024 Audi A5 Convertible from Audi of Bedford. Dan Strebler was my salesperson. He returned my phone calls promptly, he listened to what I wanted in a new car, he presented me with all of the information about the A5. Dan provided a Car Fax Report. Dan was easy to work with. He wanted to make sure I was happy with all of the details of my purchase. I found him to be upbeat, professional , positive and he paid attention to all of the details. Nick Valentino was also helpful in pointing out the positives in purchasing a certified pre-owned car. Nick helped locate and orchestrated getting splash guards installed on my Audi A5. Nick followed up after the sale to make sure that I had all that I needed. The warranty was a real selling point. Also it was thoroughly inspected and made like new. The Technologist, Logan Bertok, came to our home in Massillon, an hour’s drive, to set up the garage opener and go through all the technological options in our car with my wife and I.The new technology can be overwhelming but Logan was patient, generous with his time, and very thorough about explaining and setting up everything! He has a great demeanor and outstanding communication skills. Audi of Bedford provided great service and a great car for us. Dan, Nick, and Logan were professional and superb in delivering our new A5 convertible. It is a beautiful car!
2022 Acura RDX review
Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I stopped into Crown Acura after searching for a good used vehicle in Michigan, Indiana and other dealers in Ohio. Colin MacLean II helped me with finding the perfect vehicle for my needs while Jim Campo found the best financing to seal the deal. They made the process very smooth and satisfying and I ended up with more than just a good vehicle. I ended up with a great one.

I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

Silver Star Motors review
I had a great experience with Silver Star dealership. From the moment Eric answered my online inquiry until I drove the car off the lot (3 days later) I couldn’t have been more pleased. Eric answered every question and was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We came from Pennsylvania so we brought our dogs along (to avoid leaving them home alone). They were as welcome as we were. After working with Eric online and then in person I am confident that my new used car is perfect for me! I have no complaints and nothing but praise for Silver Star. If I or anyone I talk to needs a new car, I will send them to Eric at Silver Star every time!!! Thank you Eric

Thank you, Don Sitts, for being a honest, caring, no pressure dealership. Today 12-6-25 my husband, and I went to your dealership to look at a car online. What amazing customer service. Todd Brazelton sealed the deal. John in finance was amazing. I've never been treated so kind. They were so patient with us. I was kind of nervous at first, but they calmed my fears. My husband, and I prayed before we went there, because, other dealerships have treated us so poorly in the past. Make this your 1st stop people, you'll come back, I know we will. God Bless all of you, for your kindness, Phillip & Mary Wallace PS: We love our new car

I bought the MB SL550 remotely after finding it online. My salesman, Mo, was very pleasant and most accommodating to work with. We did a video chat so I could examine the car in great detail. When I received the car in Texas, I found it to be in better condition than I could have imagined. It is like a 13 year old new car with minimal wear inside and outside.

2014 Acura MDX review
As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I absolutely love my 2024 Acura. It’s a well-built, stylish, and reliable vehicle that delivers excellent performance—especially with the AWD, which gives me confidence in all types of weather. The ride is smooth, the features are modern and intuitive, and it feels like it was truly designed with the driver in mind. I’ve owned several vehicles over the years, but this one stands out. I’m planning on keeping it forever! If you’re looking for a dependable and fun-to-drive car, I highly recommend the 2024 Acura.

Fishers Imports review
recently purchased my dream car from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail about the vehicle, and even let me take it for an extended test drive. The selection on the lot was impressive, and they worked with me to find the perfect fit within my budget. The financing process was smooth and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises. Their service department also seems top-notch; I felt confident knowing my new car was thoroughly inspected and detailed before delivery. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership. Professional, honest, and customer-focused — exactly what car buying should be! I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle. Thank you to the whole team! 🚗💨
