2023 Acura Integra review
I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

2023 Acura TLX review
TLX platform is absolutely excellent. The car has fantastic road feel thanks to double wishbone suspension and redesigned chassis. The DCT transmission feels precision and having 10 gears puts you in the perfect torque range almost always. The engine is a Honda K engine that can handle 1k hp. I have fwd which is absolutely perfect, simple car. The SH-AWD system is truly best of its kind. The fact that this almost perfect platform was discontinued is a sad commentary on the state of cars.

2024 Acura Integra review
I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue

2020 Acura TLX review
I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

2021 Acura TLX review
A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I recently took my 2012 MDX (over 120,000 miles and still going strong) in for service. It was rather late in the day - around 4 pm - and I did not have an appointment. Branden Hayes was my service advisor, and he was able to get my car scheduled for service on the spot. I was going to be waiting for my vehicle and Branden advised it would take 1.5 - 2 hours to complete the maintenance. I sat in a very nice waiting room and enjoyed some light refreshments while I waited. Another Acura employee was walking around handing out Christmas Cards. He gave me one that had a 10% discount coupon inside. The card clearly stated that the coupon must be displayed at the time service is written up, but I immediately took it over to Branden who assured me that he would apply the discount towards my service invoice. My vehicle service was completed in a timely fashion (just under 1.5 hours) and I saved a little bit of money to. I have been using Acura of Laurel's service department since they opened and have always received this type of service. They always make me feel welcome, and the services they perform have kept all of my vehicles running smoothly. I have had four Acuras over the years - an 89 Integra, a 05 TL (my favorite!), a 2012 MDX and a 2020 TLX Technology, which is my current daily driver. All of these were serviced at Acura of Laurel. The TL had over 225,000 miles when I finally traded it in, and it was still running flawlessly. Thank you, Acura of Laurel, for the exceptional level of service that you provide.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

2016 Acura ILX review
Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

2019 Acura MDX Sport Hybrid review
This vehicle hits all the right notes on style, comfort and value, but with so much tech packed into this platform, its reliability is questioned. The 3rd Gen MDX has a long history of ZF transmission issues. They rarely fail completely, but they are known to shift poorly under certain circumstances. MDX owners just learn to live with it for the most part, but it's a noticeable shortcoming on an otherwise stellar drivetrain. The Hybrid version of this vehicle has a different transmission and frankly operates in a different manner than standard AWD SUV's. Having three electric motors assisting the drivetrain at various points illustrates how complex the Hybrid MDX's propulsion system can be. The system although powerful at 300 Hp is not seamless and linear in it's acceleration. The engine and electric motors combined are all applied in hard acceleration but there are distinct surges in the powerband that you can feel. Reminiscent of a transmission slip but not exactly. Acura must be aware of this glitch and issued a TSB that is supposed to address it. So with that said the MDX Hybrid is a really good SUV with some issues in it's complex drivetrain. The ultimate reliability will be determined as we surge and slip into the future.
