I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.

I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii.
Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle.
Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing.

Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. I chatted online with Parrish before driving up to the dealership and shared what I was looking for and that I was nervous b/c I have had many bad car dealer experiences. Further, I did not want to waste his or my time caught up in the car dealer game. He had such a wonderful manner and attitude that made me feel I was making a good choice choosing Audi North Scottsdale. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly, the facility is beautiful, clean and it didn’t have that loud frenetic noise that so many dealerships have. Parrish was assisting another customer when I arrived but greeted me warmly and connected me to his colleague Louis, with whom he provided the details I had shared earlier. Louis was great, explained everything inside the car and at his desk-he was responsive to my requests and he never played any of those sales person games. Parrish also was checking in on my experience throughout the entire process. I never felt mentally or physically exhausted during this experience. Bill, finance manager was also very helpful and again none of those typical upselling tactics.

I have been shopping for a car for months. Every time I though I found one all I found was a dishonest dealer that hid issues with the car I was looking at. It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. We bought a used Explorer from Mark Mitsubishi this week. We made them work for the deal and they did! Quentin was our salesman and was extremely easy and no stress to work with. We needed to find something for my husband because he commutes a ton. Our last two vehicles were purchased at a large dealership which made us feel more like a number than a customer. A car is an investment and at 101 Auto we felt like Scott and Echo saw us as we were, a family in need of something reliable. They took time to make sure we were comfortable and we felt like they actually saw us as people. I love that they only sold vehicles that had one previous owner. They are open and honest, characteristics my husband and I hold dear. We had one little hiccup but they took care of that quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to go back there if we are ever in the market again to buy.
Spoke with Cory at 10am to see if the vehicle (Lexus IS250) was available. Test drove the car 30 minutes later and finalized the purchase and financing within an hour. No pressure, no hidden fees and no surprises. Walked us through all the numbers, the car fax report, the factory warranty remaining, etc.
