Went to look at a BMW 3 series coupe last night, after shopping around for days I finally found what I was looking for. Everything they have looked very clean and I noticed they also perform service which is a plus for me. I am normally not the one that has to go to the dealer for everything. Looks to be a 5 person operation and they are on top of it. Highly recommended.. Seems like they also buy for many other bigger dealers in the area so there's a huge price advantage. I will be back for my wife later this year.
My daughter was searching for a couple weeks for a new vehicle. She is very picky, so she covered a 50 mile radius around the house before coming to Russ. She bought the pre-owned van she was looking for at Premium Auto Sales at a very reasonable price. We were both impressed with Russ. His honesty, and knowledge brought me back a week or so later to get a car for me. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu, and for the first time in a long time, I have no buyers remorse. Jason is so knowledgeable. He is such a wonderful source of information and his love of Rolls and Bentleys is incredible. My son bought me a Rolls from Jason for Christmas... They delivered it AND put a huge red ribbon across the car cover for me to discover in the car building. We've gone back to visit, to look at some of his inventory, and always feel welcome to talk, to look, to discuss, and enjoy being there. Right now, I'm looking at his inventory online to purchase a more utilitarian vehicle, e.g. the Land Rover. I'd buy from Jason even if they are more than 100 miles away if only on the basis that this 74 y.o. lady can trust Dream Car Concepts.

Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.
