The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I just purchased a new 2023 Audi RS5 and was extremely happy with the process. Mike Morgan was very thorough and knowledgeable about the car and the sales manager Jeff Rose was very accommodating and easy to deal with. A+ transaction!
2017 Audi A8 review
This is my first Audi. Bought mine pre owned back in Dec.,had 19,000 miles, and bought for 40k fully loaded. Every option you could get. Obviously due to virus not able to put that many miles on it. Only 2100 miles in 7 months. The best value and all around car in this category. Best combination of Mercedes and BMW all in one. Feels and reminds me of Bentley/ Rolls Royce solidity. No problems, very reliable , driving , looks(constantly told how nice it is black/camel. Had driven a BMW for past 14 years, and by now with any of them ,I would have been at dealership with minimum of 2 -3 problems . Happiest I’ve been with owning any car. Highly recommend

2015 Audi A8 review
I've always been a fan of the Audi A8L and finally found the opportunity to own one. The good news, you can find pre-owned A8's affordably...the bad news for new car buyers, they don't hold there value quite well, but that's good for someone wanting to drive a $100,000 car that 4-5 years old, still looks and performs great for a fraction of the cost. The A8L has the room of a limo in the rear, even with the front seats pushed all the way back. The car feels luxurious inside and out...the materials are top-notch and what I love about Audi is they're not a BMW...even though I love BMW's...it's nice to drive something a little less common. Performance is unbelievable...the 4.0 twin turbo V-8 has tons of torque and pulls hard...you wouldn't think a car this large and this heavy would perform this well. It's an easy car to modify with a performance chip and suddenly there aren't many cars around that will outperform it...and it's a family size sedan! Although it's a large car, it still handles well, not like a sports car, but you won't be sloppy. The ride is luxurious and smooth...it eats up bumps, the air ride is great. Word is that repairing the air suspension is not cheap, but it might just be worth the risk. I love the ride!! Everything is within easy reach, the multi media system is easy to navigate without taking your eyes off the road once you're used to it, which is easy. Heads-up display is easy to see and read. A/C and other accessories are easy to use. The suspension can be adapted to your preference with presets and a custom setting you can do yourself. Interior lighting at night is unbelievable...it's customizable and really sets a cool mood. Stereo sounds amazing with the Bose package, but if you're lucky to get your hands on the B&O you're in for a real treat...it's a $6300 option by itself (which is crazy) I own a A4 Cabriolet, Q5 and I'm happy with all of our Audis. Audi has been tremendous to work with and as a company, they appreciate the owners of their cars, even if you purchased them pre-owned. It's a great company and I'm impressed...not easy to do for me. Thanks Audi for creating this wonderful automobile that has blown my socks off!

carneed review
had an excellent experience with Otis and Victor at CarNeed Inc. From the beginning, they were professional, patient and straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, especially when you’re putting a lot of trust into a dealership and can’t just walk in and inspect the car yourself. Otis and Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed was taken care of. They communicated with me, followed through on the repairs we agreed on and made sure the vehicle was ready before I made the trip. When I finally picked up the car, it was everything they told me it would be — actually, it was perfect. No surprises, no last-minute issues and no feeling like I had been given the runaround. I especially appreciate that they stood behind their word. That means a lot when you’re spending this kind of money on a vehicle. Otis and Victor — thank you both for making this a great experience. You earned my trust and my business. I would absolutely recommend CarNeed to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll definitely remember you guys the next time I’m in the market. 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My first impression of this dealership was WOW! They had a Rolls-Royce parked which was crazy cool to see, as soon as they noticed us they went over to help us and to make the story short they gave us a great deal and I got out of there with my 2008 black corvette and I love it! They have a great variety of vehicles to choose from! You won't be disappointed!

If you want extreme comfort, quiet, full cutting edge features including for safety and very high quality construction and materials with a classy conservative style - inside and out - buy an Audi A8L. It is too early to give a reliability rating more than average but you can see that this car was designed and built with care.

Murphy Han is a fantastic salesman. Worked with me to get my price. Definitely would recommend . Chris in finance was also great to work with.
2017 Audi A8 review
My primary goal in the purchase of this sedan was comfort. Due to multiple spinal surgeries seating, adjustability was crucial. The A8 was far superior to other luxury sedans I considered including Luxus, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Cadilac, Lincoln, and Infinity. The bonus was that no compromise on luxury and performance was required. This sedan has outperformed every luxury sedan I have ever owned including Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes Benz. We also own an Audi Q7 which is equally outstanding though not as comfortable. We are downsizing to one vehicle and the grandkids require the Q7.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

The quiet inside is amazing. The ride is the smoothest of anything I have driven [after 1 LS 430 and 2 LS 460’s. The sound system is amazing, the best I have experienced. The Lane Keep Assist on cruise control keeps it dead center with very little back & forth. The interior is beyond beautiful with rich wood accents, butter soft leather and everything exactly where it should be.

Moto Zone Inc. review
Had a fantastic experience buying my 2011 Infiniyti G37 from Moto Zone. Unlike other lots, there was zero pressure to buy. The staff—especiallySam was straightforward about the vehicle's history and let me take my time with the inspection. The car was detailed beautifully and priced very fairly. If you’re tired of the typical 'pushy' car salesman vibe, go here. Highly recommend!"

Great car and its styling is impeccable. Can't wait to get it on a road trip on the highway. It will be a different drive for me simply using my Chevy Suburban for family trips but this might be a nice alternative!

I would buy it again. You don't see many A8L's on the road which gives you the sense of exclusivity. The car is well designed and has excellent performance and comfort!

Very nice and knowledgeable. Made the test drive go smoothly. Unfortunately the car wasn’t for me but the team there were great.
2017 Audi A8 review
This is a car which you will love to drive. It's a driver's car and I've had the most fun owning it for over four years. I've had sports cars before and this handles as well as any sports car I have ever driven. It's 450 hp roars you too 60 in 4.5 seconds. Even with all-wheel drive, I have topped 27 mpg on a long trip. Plus, after all this, it's pure luxury.

I bought a new Hyundai Tucson. The overall experience was great. They gave me an on the road price over the phone and they stuck to it. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in.
2019 Audi A8 review
A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

Kian Motors review
Kian Motors in Plano made my car-buying experience absolutely fantastic! The team was incredibly friendly, transparent, and genuinely helpful from start to finish—no high-pressure tactics, just great service. They offered a fantastic selection of well-maintained used vehicles, provided free CARFAX reports, and worked with me to find the perfect match for my needs. The process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, Hands down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had—highly recommend Kian Motors to anyone looking for quality cars and exceptional customer care! 5 stars all the way! 🚗✨

Cole Buick GMC CadillacReviews
Cole Buick GMC Cadillac review
Coles is the only dealership my wife and I use. Most transactions take place via phone text which I like. We have bought and leased several vehicles from them. The buying end of the process is wonderful from sales person to finance. Service dept has always stepped up to our needs and concerns some bumps but that is expected when you just want your vehicle perfect. Vehicles are man made and even factories get things wrong and we expect the service dept to get it right and of course customers always right lol. They have guide lines and protocols to follow like any other dealership but at the end we have always felt good about the service we have received thus far.

Down The Road Motors review
Just bought my 5th car from these guys and couldn't be happier. Thanks to the friendly staff and their good prices. My family and I are completely taken care of with all of our vehicle needs!!
2014 Audi A8 review
This car is a stealth rocket ship, masquerading in sublime luxury! Sheer elegance in its form and function, the turbo charger hardly needs to spool up and you can blast up a highway on-ramp or pass another vehicle as though they are parked. As others have noted, the massaging seats for driver and passenger are sublime for longer drives or at the end of a long workday. Luxurious, yet understated elegant interior with first-quality materials and — though now a decade old as I write this review — still market-leading German technology throughout, every bell and whistle you could even hope for now in 2024 tech. 750 mile range on one tank of diesel fuel … let’s face it, if VW / Audi had not tried to ‘fix the deck’ by messing with diesel emission testing, a diesel engine is far superior to any hybrid or electric engine. This is by far the nicest looking and best-performing car I’ve ever owned in 50+ years of driving. I still own my A8L TDI, have (only) 115K miles on it, and plan to drive it 250K+ it is that sustainably awesome!

GR Auto Gallery review
I found a car that I really liked at GR Auto Gallery. My contact was with Steve Beidler. Steve is a wonderful salesman and a great individual to deal with. He not only represents the company but tries to work with both parties equally to insure that each party is treated fairly. He listens to you and to me that is a great characteristic for a person to have. I you are looking for a classic car contact Steve Beidler at GR Auto Gallery. It will be worth you time.
