Always easy to deal with the service department. Work is on time and as expected. Personnel are always courteous and straightforward about work required soon or in future. I’ve used them for years even though my BMW is long out of warranty. When you want the best you go to the best.

AutoNation Ford Westlake review
We had a very good experience with Denise and Anthony when buying my new Bronco Sport. Denise was very thorough to make sure that the Bronco Sport was the right choice for us. Anthony worked diligently to ensure the very best financing price for us. Thanks for their patience with all of our extra little questions. We even walked over to service to talk about how they will work with us

This BMW X5 is by far the nicest vehicle we have owned. It is very quiet and rides smooth. Also, the 3.0 six cylinder get great gas mileage and more power than we need.

Lithia Hyundai of FresnoReviews
Lithia Hyundai of Fresno review
This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people, they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.

Oil change this time only but boy there were fast. I love the option you get updates on your phone via text messaging about what your car needs. Thanks again service team.
2020 BMW X5 review
The car is spectacular, it only brings a defect to me concern, the star/stop bottom does not have the option to deactivate it, although in sport mode it is not bad. In areas of uneven pavement the car jumps like a rabbit, it's not comfortable, but smooth is not bad. The car is almost perfect except for those two things, and very economical in the city, spectacular on the highway and off roads or mountains, it is super good and capable. Mine has not brought mechanical or electrical problems. super nice everything

When I first got to your dealership, I was sort of skeptical of dealing with your sales force. After all, I was there only to look at what you had and was thinking on buying another car from someone else. But then I met Matt Gohman. He took his time and showed me the model I was interested, and showed me all of the gee-wiz gadgets the car had. He was very personable and explained everything very thoroughly. You could tell he loved doing what he was doing, and I felt as if I was talking to a friend and not to a salesman! In the end he found the car and color I wanted and I ended up buying my car from him! All sales personnel should be like him!

AutoNation Subaru Roseville review
I can't say enough good about my experience with Subaru Roseville. I'd give them a 5+ if that was available. Every aspect of my purchase from the knowledgeable, no pressure salesman, Sam, to the price on my new car and trade-in allowance, to the after sales special programs was perfect. A top level operation!

Fletcher Jones ImportsReviews
Fletcher Jones Imports review
I’ll be honest, car shopping isn’t something I typically enjoy, and I haven’t met many salespeople I’ve liked. That said, Michael Mondesi was a clear exception. I had visited the same dealership previously and chose not to move forward because of a poor sales experience. Mike completely changed that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before walking me through the available options on the lot. He provided detailed, thoughtful explanations of each vehicle, which ultimately helped me narrow my decision to a AMG GLS 63 SUV. We love it. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest guidance focused on helping me make the best decision for me and my family. When the time comes to replace my BMW, I’ll be going back to Michael. Thanks again for a job well done, Fletcher Jones is lucky to have you. I didn't use any financing and picked my vehicle up at the dealership. The process was super smooth--very impressive. I would give the entire team 5 stars.

Mercedes-Benz of AustinReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Austin review
The process of buying a car can often be daunting, but Mercedes-Benz of Austin made it more of a luxury than a chore. From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone was so professional and kind. I felt no pressure while working with Stacey Olmstead. She went above and beyond to explain the features of the car I was interested in. Furthermore, she explicitly explained every step of the process as we progressed. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience while buying a car. I will be back when I’m in the market for another car.
