Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

I have had the most satisfying experience over more than ten years with Audi Bethesda and Jacob Jay. I just leased a 2024 A3 . What I most appreciate about Jacob is he is patient in answering all my questions . He did not rush and helped me understand the benefits of the new car and the improvements made over the 2020 A3 I had previously leased with his assistance three years ago.
