Used Audi SQ5 for sale near Skokie, IL

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!

This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.

Before purchasing this car we test drove every SUV we could find 3 Land Rovers, 2 Jags, 2 Mercedes, 2 Volvos, the Q3, Q5, Porsche Macan, Infiniti, Lexus, Tesla, and one or two others I am missing. My wife is not a car person but she was adamant she wanted the SQ5. It is phenomenal how this car can go from extremely comfortable, to Visceral and Exciting by simply putting it Dynamic and Sport Manual. Our friends find the acceleration surprising and they are shocked by the growl and exhaust burble when you manually downshift through the gears. The Nappa leather seats are incredibly comfortable, the normal ride is on par with some of the best luxury sedans around. It is a pretty heavy car but that only becomes apparent during aggressive driving through the twisting curves. It has a very strong tendency to understeer. Power and acceleration are excellent and it cruises at or above freeway speeds effortlessly. The entertainment system is my only complaint because it has too many levels there sis not a simple intuitive flow to select the things you want easily and sometimes it gets confused which phone to connect when we get in with two paired phones. Our lease is up and we are looking at a 2021 with the new styling and interior updates. the touch screen update to the entertainment system are hopefully much more intuitive.
