Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back,fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. I went into Lighthouse Point Audi not knowing what to expect, as this was my first car buying experience in over seven years (and first on my own). Words cannot express what a great experience I had dealing with the staff of Lighthouse Point Audi, and, if it is at all within my power, I will be back to purchase my future cars from the same staff. What I loved immediately about this location is the true "family" feel you get when you walk in. Everybody is courteous and wants to ensure the right person is helping you. There was absolutely no pressure. After walking in, being greeted by the receptionist, George came out to assist me within a matter of a minute or two. George, as a car salesman and somebody I came to know over the next few hours, blew away any expectation I could have of a salesperson. He was so friendly, calm, and truly cared for me as a car buyer, and not about any incentives he may have. We went for a test drive- again, the test drive was within my control. However, I felt so comfortable in the car I was test driving, I knew that was the one, and didn't have to test drive for more than five minutes. Back at the dealership, George and the staff knew how badly I wanted this car. While usually this would be a bargaining chip for any other dealer, this was just added incentive to make sure that this car worked for me, and that they would be able to make the financing work for me! I could not believe how badly the staff wanted to make sure I was happy, and felt comfortable with my purchase. George, thank you so much!!! You made my day, week, maybe even year! Everybody at the dealership was extremely nice. The manager came out and greeted me. He did everything in his power to ensure I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. I also dealt extensively with Chris Bucknell, the finance manager. His business card states that he is also an Audi "fan creator." I can see why now! Chris was extremely personable and great to deal with. Just like everybody else, Chris wanted to do what he could to ensure that I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. He even left me with some great new options to add to my music collection. Chris was incredible as well. All in all, I could not have one bad thing to say about this dealership. They truly made car buying a memorable and exciting experience- just like it should be. I am very excited to visit them in their new facility in Fort Lauderdale come July! Thank you for everything!
2021 Audi e-tron review
Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

2020 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

2020 Audi Q8 review
First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.
2018 Audi Q7 review
Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

2026 Audi Q7 review
The Q7 is a great SUV! We did have an alternator issue about 10days after purchase. The Dealer handled it immediately and made it easy. We purchased the S Line with the 6 cylinder engine and upgraded exterior and interior.
