I went to the service area and Delon checked my tire pressure, added air, and calibrated it and the alert disappeared. 1 week later the same thing happened and this time Paul did the same thing. Just bought my second car from Automotive Imports and I have sent several friends there to purchase cars as well. Kendall understands a low-pressure approach and the sales manager, Nick, has always been fair to work with in addition to just shooting the bull about cars and motorcycles . I have gotten to know the owner, Dave, through joint shared interests in cars and he is always friendly, respectful and honest. I had my previous car, a BMW X5, serviced exclusively at Automotive Imports and they have done some warranty repairs as well. The work was completed as promised and I saved a ton of money with the extended warranty purchase. Really excited about this Audi A7 I just purchased and looking forward to the APR upgrade that is being installed by Automotive Imports soon. Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect. Everyone on the Prestige staff has been very helpful and courteous, but a special shout out goes to Lucas who has been my Service Advisor for most of the past 5 years. I truly couldn't ask for more from any business or individual. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!
2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased the 2024 Audi Q3 pre-owned and it was in showroom condition. There was an initial issue with the front passenger side door lock but it was promptly repaired under warranty at the Audi Dealer. (I did not purchase it there.) Other than that, I love the ride and handling, the engine is a powerful sucker and amazes me how fast I can jump into moving traffic especially on the Interstate. German engineering is the best and this will definitely not be my last Audi. 5 stars all the way around. My only concern is the road noise, I expected an Audi to be more quiet, but I have gotten used to it.

That original deal didn?t work out, but Trevor (Internet Sales Manager) never dropped the ball. He stayed in touch, helped me custom-build the exact Suburban I wanted, and kept every promise, from the guaranteed price to a very fair-trade value on a challenging trade. Throughout the entire process, Trevor?s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I?ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It?s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future. 2017 Audi Q7 review
This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I would like to start off by saying that my family and I have been long-time customers of Autonation Subaru. Our experience has always been excellent. Monday evening, I upgraded my 2024 Forester Lease to a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness. Our experience started out as expected. However, it took an unfortunate turn after the transaction was complete. The details are not important because Kwabena, one of your sales managers, did a phenomenal job hearing my concerns and resolving the issues. I wanted to provide a list of all the exceptional things he did to address my concerns. He began our conversation by honoring my request to meet in an office so it could be a professional environment away from other customers. He provided an additional manager to participate in our conversation. I appreciated this from a school administrator perspective because I require the rule of 3 for my school leaders. He was genuinely invested in my concerns; while he assured me that my concerns would be addressed, he maintained professionalism towards the individual at the root of my concerns and did not disparage him in our conversation. When I arrived, it was very busy. One of my challenges was that I left my prescription glasses in the glasses holder on the windshield. While the sales associate I worked with communicated on 2 separate occasions that he was too busy to help me, Kwabena personally went to the secondary lot to retrieve them. He also addressed my other concerns and found solutions immediately. One of the solutions required a return trip to the dealership today. Even though Kwabena was off the day of the service, he ensured that the entire matter was communicated so that the necessary actions could be taken today to resolve the matter. I am sending this email of appreciation and as a leader myself, I know that it is important to hear that you can trust your other leaders. Have full confidence that Kwabena is phenomenal at his job! I am also sending this email because I respect the relationship and time invested over the last 7 years by both the employees of Autonation and my family. As a result of Kwabena's exceptional efforts, I am electing to forego submitting my feedback survey on my purchasing experience. I believe survey feedback should be honest and transparent. I also know that an organization should not receive a disparaging surveys when something goes wrong if a company manages it in the manner that Kwabena did. In closing, please express my deep appreciation to Kwabena for his efforts.
2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

2026 Audi Q7 review
The Q7 is a great SUV! We did have an alternator issue about 10days after purchase. The Dealer handled it immediately and made it easy. We purchased the S Line with the 6 cylinder engine and upgraded exterior and interior.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.
2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I walked in during lunch time and was greeted immediately by Sam. I was a little iffy because I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for but Sam took the time with me. We identified a possible vehicle and I decided to come back after work. Sam had the car ready for me and addressed something that I had noted earlier in the day. He was finishing up with some clients and had Paul (I believe it was) take me on a test drive. I decided to move forward, I let them know that there were some challenges and they didn't flinch. Paul and I went over the specifics and he moved it along to the finance manager, Frenchy. Sam was able to join us again and we got an approval. It was all very smooth and painless. I returned the next day to drop off a check and pick up the car. Sam had it waiting in the delivery Bay and presented it to me, which was a nice touch! He helped me set up the Audi app and connect it to the car. They were great and everything was perfect! Probably the least stressful car buying experience I've had.
2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

2021 Audi e-tron review
Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.
