BMW of Orland ParkReviews
BMW of Orland Park review
I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Thank you for all that Spitzer NORTHFIELD and the service team does for me and my family. Stay Well God Bless... Chuck Montgomery

Sandia BMW MINI review
We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks. This dealership is highly recommended thanks to Lawrence in itself. They clearly only hire the best of the best. Thank you for such a great experience.

Metro Motors LLC review
My family and I bought 3 cars within a week, Metro Motors has the cleanest cars in Knoxville, Joe is very kind and very helpful. and he was able to help us with financing. with a local credit union at a great rate for a first-time buyer, I visited few other dealers I felt that they were going to rob me, I'm glad I stopped at Metro Motors, we all love our cars

Winslow BMWReviews
Winslow BMW review
Andrew was very hepful from start to finish. He facilitated a sight-unseen remote purchase, expedited the process and even had it delivered in time for my wife’s birthday party. Not only all of that, but after the payment was completed and the deal was signed (but before delivery) he sent the car for repair of some hail damage that he had noticed and had no obligation to repair. He took such great care of me, without ever even looking me in the eye or shaking my hand, that the next time I need a vehicle, I’m making the drive to see him and make sure he facilitates the deal.

Sawmill Auto Sales review
CH1 from Queens NY, I have buying cars at Saw Mill Auto for over 20 years. If your interested in a slightly used or salvage vehicle, come to Saw Mill Auto and ask for Royce. He's very personable, honest and will guide you through the complete process with ease. I'd consider Royce, "Five Stars"... You won't be disappointed, as long as you know what your looking for and understand the condition of each car or truck in their inventory.

BMW of Waterbury review
While driving on Rt.8 Northbound around exit 35 the car hit a large pothole and the tire was damaged. I was able to drive to BMW of Waterbury. As I entered the showroom an agent by the name of Emily assisted me. As I told her what occurred she immediately went outside to look at the car and confirmed a new tire was needed. She indicated she would check to see if they had the tire in stock that I needed. They did not, however they would have in the next day to fix. Immediately she asked where I lived, when I told her Shelton, her immediate response was no worry, we will have a driver take you home so you can get your other car. Customer Service at the highest level, with no computers or AI, just good old face to face communication which is a lost art today. The car was ready the next day as promised. Emily, job well done and thank you for taking care of our needs.

Ray, in the service department, is excellent, very communicative and thorough. I couldn’t be more happy with my last experience there. Anders has also been good, but did miss something that Ray brought to my attention. Otherwise, this review would be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fertitta Chevrolet review
After moving to Houston, we looked at several different dealerships, and Norman Frede Chevrolet was by far the best. We purchased our leased vehicle there last year, and just recently bought a new vehicle. Julio expertly handled our lease purchase, and we worked with Kyle Scheck to purchase a new car. As a former teacher, I was excited to learn that Kyle had also been a teacher. He made the process of buying this new car so much easier and more pleasant than any other dealership we have ever experienced. We will definitely continue recommending Norman Frede to all of our friends and colleagues here in Houston!
2019 BMW 230 review
The BMW 230i x-drive is the car that they should have been making throughout the years. My first BMW was a 1969 2002 which I loved for its sportiness. After they discontinued those cars and started making bigger and bigger vehicles, I lost interest until I test drove a 228i in 2016 and bought it. Loved that car, but wanted some of the safety features in the new 230i especially the LED headlights(the halogens on the 228i were not sufficient).

Buick LakelandReviews
Buick Lakeland review
I have purchased a few vehicles through this dealership when it was under different ownership. This is one of the reasons I returned to this location. My sales associate Victor was outstanding. I arrived in the evening and Victor was very patient and courteous and did not make me feel rushed in looking at vehicles. Victor stayed through the whole process to make sure that I was taken care of and had everything that I needed - even though it was past closing time. I would definitely recommend Victor and tis dealership to others looking for a vehicle and I would definitely return again. The finance manager David was also very kind and courteous and did not make me feel rushed. He took his time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with my experience.
