I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved

Wonderful and very smooth experience purchasing from Glenview Luxery Imports. Peter Kritikos made the entire buying experience a breeze from start to finish, even going out of his way to have a bow on my new truck waiting for me & texted to make sure we made it home safe after our three hour drive. 10/10 recommend this dealership! Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Laurel BMW of Westmont review
We bought two cars from Jeff Abbas at Laurel BMW. Jeff is the consummate professional. He and I texted in advance to ascertain my needs and make sure he had the models lined up that we wanted to look at. We came in, test drove the cars, made our decisions, and began negotiations. Jeff made it easy for us to buy from Laurel. We met with the manager and with the finance director during the process. Everything was seamless. We walked away with two terrific cars and felt like we got a very good deal.

From first email to first foot in the door until handshake leaving, it was a pleasant experience. I worked with Michael F who stayed in contact (not pushy) and was able to get the deal done. The facility is beautiful, and easy to get to. Both the sales manager and GM reached out asking if there was anything on their end that they could do, when I had to leave due to family obligations. I did purchase from here and would do so again without hesistation. Thank you team.

Coming from another dealer closer to home I had discovered Fields BMW in Northfield. Their customer service is top notch to other BMW dealers I have been to and I have since taken my service and sales business here and have leased my past two vehicles with Fields Auto Group. Ask for Carrie Shapiro, senior client advisor and she will take the upmost care of you! Everyone in the service department is pleasant to work with! In the past have worked with Jerry M., Ed P, and Chris Goodrich and they all take care of you with the same level of care.

Great customer service and Bob was helpful but not pushy at all during the process. Great experience that was worth the lengthy drive. I would recommend!

Was a great experience! I’ve never bought a car from out of state before however, Spencer was knowledgeable and informative without high pressure. I’ve got a couple thousand miles on it now and everything is fine. All works good it’s exactly the car I wanted.

Hit something on the interstate and damaged a tire. — Rodney got me a new tire and all set within 2 days. Also reminded me to stay under 50 mph on the spare which was probably a good thing. I know I can always count on Rodney shoop.
