I don’t even know where to start, but this dealership and especially Patrick Laroque made my experience feel both luxurious and genuinely welcoming. This isn’t one of those dealerships that tries to push you in just any direction; they truly work for you and do their best to get exactly what you want while staying as close to your budget as possible. I purchased a 2023 BMW X4 and got the exact exterior and interior I wanted, seamlessly and all thanks to Patrick and the amazing team here, just in time for my 30th birthday. I recently had my car serviced at Rockland Chrysler Jeep. You do not need an appointment for an oil change. I showed up around 3:10 pm. Closing time is four for service. They gladly accepted my car and completed the oil change and rotated my tires. I was very pleasantly surprised to find my car had been cleaned when I retrieved it. Great customer service

I had a very pleasant experience at the dealership in the service department addressing a concern I had and he had my car check promptly and then explain to me what was needed and some additional wear and tear to be address on my vehicle. Ricky went above and beyond to have my car returned to me in a timely fashion on the same day and way before closing which was a plus for me since I arrived at 8:30 am in the morning.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Salesman assigned to me was Billy Talla . Great knowledge & no pressure , test drove vehicles , settled on used 2023 X4 . Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . Did not make sense for such a great brand , to me personally. Thank’s .
