I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. My experience with BMW of Salem was fantastic. I was initially contacted via email by Ryan when I inquired about a used vehicle for sale. The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. The car shares its Mini Cooper developed chassis with the 1 series, X1 and X2 vehicles. In the M235i format this thing is exceedingly quick with a 0-60 of 4.4 seconds at sea level. The exhaust is playful with constant growls and pops it exudes a more youthful spirit when compared to larger BMWs. The interior is very comfortable and spacious despite the size of the car. The suspension is tight and poised during corners, it is a baby M so don’t expect the soft dampening of standard BMWs. Every time I start this up it pops and bangs, brings a smile to my face. Recaptures the feeling of BMWs from 20 years ago when they were smaller and more driver focused.

They are very professional, and efficient - moving me in, processing and out when dropping my car for service. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with, was the car wash at the end of my service (I always look forward to that little perk) after paying for service, it's a nice perk, and ends the experience with a most positive feel. After mentioning I was excited to see clean car after service, I noted that it was quickly run through the car wash (no wiping of the remaining insect/bird droppings and no wiping inside the car, and no vacuuming of the trunk which really needed it. Other than that, the car seems to be serviced fine.

This was the second time we’ve bought a car from Motorwerks BMW Bloomington and I can’t say enough about the service and experience. Jordon went above and beyond and was such an easy person to work with. Gone are the days of sitting around and being hassled. In and out in 1.5 hours! As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

I ordered my 2026 BMW X5 from BMW of West Houston in December. I am a repeat customer. Tommy Luk was my salesperson. Tommy is exceptionally knowledgeable and got me through the demo and ordering process quickly. Tommy kept me up to date with the production status and was always available to answer my questions. When the X5 arrived, Davin Pope and Tommy worked together to prepare the closing documents before my delivery appointment so I got through the process without wasting time or pressuring me to buy unnecessary options. Overall the delivery process was the best I have ever experienced.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

I was looking for a used BMW X3 with low mileage (under 60K) and found one listed for $20K. After reaching out to the dealership, I received a welcome text from Sam. I received a follow-up email from the General Manager, Sean, who also welcomed me and provided an additional point of contact. On the day I was scheduled for a test drive, Sam encountered an unexpected personal conflict. However, he promptly connected me with his colleague, Alvin. The communication leading up to this point had been exemplary and continued to be so throughout the experience. Upon my arrival, Alvin greeted me warmly, collected my driver's license and proof of insurance, and escorted me to the vehicle. It was meticulously prepared, detailed, and ready for my test drive. Within approximately 5-10 minutes behind the wheel, I was ready to purchase. Upon my return, Alvin performed a commendable service by inquiring about my driving habits. I indicated that I typically drive fewer than 300 miles per month, which led him to suggest that I consider a different vehicle altogether. I was open to this suggestion. In a noteworthy development, he presented a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition with comparable low mileage, priced $5k lower than the X3 and listed $2K below Blue Book value, all backed by Kelly Blue Book and a complimentary CarFax. While it was not the X3, it shared nearly identical specifications. One may question why a commission-based salesperson would recommend a vehicle priced $4,000 lower than the one I originally expressed interest in. The answer lies in the fact that this dealership is run as a family, not a one-and-done sale, but one that fosters a long-term relationship. Additionally, it was a better fit for my driving style and my wallet!! I was genuinely impressed by this level of customer service and care. I feel strongly connected to the BMW of Bellevue family. In the future, when I am ready to trade in my Jeep, I will assuredly return to BMW of Bellevue and seek assistance from Alvin, Sam, and Sean. I would be remiss not to highlight Dorela, the Finance Manager, for her candor, friendliness, and professionalism. She conducted her work in a straightforward manner, without being pushy, and handled the process with remarkable efficiency. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I arrived at 2:10 PM for a test drive and departed with my Jeep by 5 PM?totaling less than three hours. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage potential customers to visit BMW of Bellevue. It is advisable to request assistance from Alvin, who has over 20 years of experience selling BMWs, as well as from Sam or Sean. However, I am certain anyone within the BMW of Bellevue family is just as professional. If you have the pleasure of working with Alvin, Sam, Sean, and/or Dorela, tell them I said hello!!
