Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Can't say enough about the outstanding service from Zach, shuttle drivers Mark and Greg, and driver Dave/ Thanks so much!!!

Sandia BMW MINIReviews
Sandia BMW MINI review
Last week we traded in our 2019 Mini Countryman for a new 4-Door Hardtop Mini. I could simply say that our sales rep Lawrence Chavez sold us the car, but it was more than that. He went out of his way to help us select from the stock on hand, to explain the varied features and our options, and to make us comfortable with our final choice and with the Mini App. He is an exceptional representative. Overall, we were treated well and are very happy with the staff of Sandia Mini--and with our new car.

BMW Cleveland review
I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. Again, I was very satisfied with the service I received from BMW of Cleveland.

A+++ Dealership and customer experience. The entire sales and service teams have been superb to work with for over 10 years with many McLaren purchases and service. It’s rare for a dealership to have dedicated individuals that all act as if it’s their company. I have recommended McLaren Philly for many years. - Tony S. Pittsburgh

Volkswagen of New Port RicheyReviews
Volkswagen of New Port Richey review
My husband Phil and I recently purchased our 2021 Atlas at VW of NPR and we could not be more pleased. Bill VonEhr was our Sales Consultant and he was exceptional! He provided answers to every question that we had and was attentive and caring to all our needs every step of the way. Michael Tom, Car Sales Manager, worked with us and made us feel good about our purchase. This is our 2nd VW vehicle purchase with the 1st having been at a different dealership. We would encourage anyone who is looking to purchase a VW to seek out this dealership and both Bill and Michael. Also, Roger Combs, Service Asst Manager, is remarkable in handling all service needs. David Hall, Parts Specialist, spent time researching accessories that we wanted for our vehicle also. This dealership truly puts the customer first in every department. Please be certain to make them your VW dealership.

Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

BMW of CatonsvilleReviews
BMW of Catonsville review
We recently purchased a used BMW 3 Series vehicle from this dealership and were, overall, very pleased with the level of service we received. The sales person, Jae Lim, was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was excellent at communication - keeping us informed every step of the way. Because we indicated our interest in purchasing the car very soon after it was listed (before its state inspection) and the large distance we were from the dealership, we were able to make arrangements for the car to be held with a deposit until it was ready to be sold. We appreciate Jae and the management of BMW of Catonsville working with us to ensure that we ended up with the vehicle. They took care of all the issues that resulted from the inspection with no qualms. They also gave us a fair value for our trade in. The only complaint that we may have had was minor in nature. Since it appeared that we were locked into buying this particular vehicle, it was not necessarily detailed to the level that we were used to seeing with other used vehicles that have purchased. This is a minor issue, however, and not one we felt obligated to bring up to the dealership. Overall, this was a very positive experience and we would recommend this dealership and, in particular, Jae Lim, to others.

Pacific BMW review
Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

BMW of Ridgefield review
Richfield BMW was fantastic. They repaired my 2023×5 car and cleaned and washed my car after Service. Easy working with Steve Kaz In Service department. Would highly recommend going there for their oil change special at $250 for three years

Really had a good experience with my salesperson. Polite, efficient, not too pushy, and respectful of what my needs were. Dramatically different than other places I’ve gone around LA; in a good way.

BMW of Chula VistaReviews
BMW of Chula Vista review
Purchased a pre-owner Toyota Venza from BMW of Chula Vista. I was pretty determined to buy the car and expressed that since the beginning. The car was placed on hold and purchased the following day. Was treated with respect and importance since my arrival. Only complaint is the car had a non negotiable alarm/tracking system that is supposed to help against theft. Was unable to remove it from the purchase and had to pay close to $700 more for the car. It’s a mark up that I didn’t see coming. I was also asked to run a soft pull to place the car on hold. Was explained that this was necessary to make sure they could confirm identity of purchaser. I stood my ground and did not allow any soft pulls to hold car for purchase the following day. That felt deceiving since I thought a soft pull isn’t normally necessary for identity confirmation nor thought it was relevant to place a car on hold.
