Well, at Park Avenue BMW, my leasing of a BMW was pleasantly stress-free. I attribute the foregoing to having been handled with great patience and without stereotypic "sales pushiness" by Mike Smeraglia, Sales Manager & John Delgado, Sales Consultant. I believe it is important to note, that I leased one of the most inexpensive BMW vehicles. Notwithstanding, I was treated with dignity and respect from the moment I was greeted at the front door. From the start Terrence Holmes was truly professional an accommodating. This is the second car we purchased from Wide World BMW in a 3 month span. Ricky in Finance did an outstanding job of keeping us informed of the process, and expediting the paper work. The car was a surprise gift for my sons 17th birthday on December 18th. Terrence offered to store the car for 2 weeks on the dealership property, which helped us out immensely.
I had been taking my 3 series for service here and always had a great experience with Kevin, my service manager. When my lease was ending, he recommended i speak to Ricardo, one of the salesmen. Ricardo helped me every step of the way. He had suggested that i custom order the car because i wanted special features. I would have never considered this otherwise. This was definitely the way to go and ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run that I would have otherwise spent on features i did not want or need. He was always available whenever i had questions. He was even able to get me into the new car sooner than anticipated. Everything went smoothly on the day of pickup. Having had a horrible experience at BMW Edison with a finance manager, I was not looking forward to dealing with the finance manager at Wide World, but Joe was great! He made everything quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership not only for a new car, but service as well.
Came in to Rallye for the car???s first oil/filter change and tire rotation. Told my service rep Chy that I needed to be out quickly, and he made sure I was on the road before the time I requested. Fantastic!
